PIPE
A pipe is disclosed. The pipe has an elongate body having an inlet opening and a mouthpiece with an aperture. An internal bore is provided within the elongate body connecting the inlet opening and the mouthpiece aperture. The internal bore has a bolus chamber with an inlet orifice aligned with the inlet opening and an exit orifice aligned with the internal bore opposite the inlet orifice. The inlet orifice has a smaller diameter than the exit orifice. The pipe is also self-extinguishing. A pipe with a cavity for holding combustible material which has inlet and exit orifices that create a venturi effect when the pipe is in use is also disclosed.
PIPE

A vial for packing a substance to be smoked from the vial and a method of manufacturing the vial, the method of manufacturing including providing a glass vial, the glass vial having a first end portion and a second end portion connected by a tubular portion having a hollow interior, the first end portion being open and the second end portion being closed; applying heat to a section of the tubular portion to heat the section of the tubular portion; applying a pressure around the heated section of the tubular portion to collapse the section of the tubular portion into the hollow interior of the tubular portion; pressing the first end portion and the second end portion together until an exterior surface of the tubular portion surrounding the collapsed section is level with a remaining exterior surface of the tubular portion; and forming an opening in the second end portion.

A representative vaporizer includes a main body assembly that includes the following: a power source, and a heating element that is electrically coupled to the power source; a cartridge assembly having at least one chamber that is coupled to the heating element and is configured to facilitate vaporizing a substance that is placed within the at least one chamber; a swivel hub that is attached to the main body assembly; and a swivel structure that extends from the cartridge assembly and couples to the swivel hub enabling the cartridge assembly to revolve around the main body assembly.

A representative vaporizer includes a main body assembly that includes the following: a power source, and a heating element that is electrically coupled to the power source; a cartridge assembly having at least one chamber that is coupled to the heating element and is configured to facilitate vaporizing a substance that is placed within the at least one chamber; a swivel hub that is attached to the main body assembly; and a swivel structure that extends from the cartridge assembly and couples to the swivel hub enabling the cartridge assembly to revolve around the main body assembly.
VAPORIZING DEVICE WITH SLIDING COVER TO ELIMINATE LOSS OF VAPORS
A system for burning and vaporizing consumable materials while confining vapors prior to dispensing is provided. The system comprises a portable electronic vaporizing device. The device comprises a metallic shell with two parallel rails extending from a first end of the shell. The shell contains a bowl containing combustible material, a sliding cover attached to the rails, the cover when in open position situated at a far end of the rails away from the shell and away from the bowl, and a battery-powered ceramic heater within a ceramic insulation that receives a power activation signal. The system also applies heat to the bowl when the sliding cover is in open position and transforms the combustible material into vapor based on the applied heat, the vapor trapped inside the device by the cover receiving movement into closed position over the bowl.
