APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FILLING BAT PIPES
The present invention provides an apparatus and method for speed filling of a containers, such as bat pipes, that reside in a shipping container. A filling tray includes holes that align with top open ends of the bat pipes. A frame on the filling tray aligns the top open ends of the bat pipes. Smokable plant matter is spread onto the top surface of the filling tray to introduce the smokable plant matter into the holes of the filling tray and further into the top open ends of the bat pipes. A press plate, with a matrix of corresponding pegs, is urged downwardly to compress smokable plant matter into the top open ends of each of the bat pipes. After being filling with smokable plant matter, the top open ends of the bat pies are sealed with caps.

Dual-purpose glass container for storing and smoking ground plant matter
The device includes a single piece of glass configured into smokable plant matter chamber, venturi structure and smoke chamber along with a sealing cap with at least one fin and a lower plug portion. The smoke chamber includes an orifice by which the user draws the smoke after combustion of the smokable plant matter in the smokable plant matter chamber that acts as a bowl for holding smokable plant matter during combustion. A cap is provided to close and seal the smokable plant matter chamber after it is filled with ground smokable plant matter and to pack and seal the ground smokable plant matter in a desire amount of compression. If the user does not consume all of the ground smokable plant matter during use, the cap can be re-inserted, and the user can store and transport the remainder of the ground smokable plant matter for subsequent use.

Smokeless pipe and method of operating same
A smoking pipe apparatus includes a pipe body that has a bowl portion and a stem portion attached to the bowl portion. The bowl portion includes a bowl cavity in which a bowl sits. A bowl retainer fits over the bowl at the top of the pipe body, and further holds a bowl cover that has an opening. The pipe body has a lower extension that alternatively acts as a stand for the pipe body, and is configured to couple to a filter element. A one-way valve is attached to the bottom of a floor of the bowl cavity to normally block the passage of air/gasses through holes in the floor of the bowl cavity, but which opens when a user exhales into the pipe apparatus so that exhaled gasses pass through the filter element.
Smoking pipes
Smoking pipes are described herein. An example smoking pipe includes a body including a bowl to receive smoking material, a first end, a second end opposite the first end, the second end defining a first opening for smoking, and a channel defined in the body between the bowl and the first opening. The smoking pipe also includes a cover defining a second opening. The body extends through the second opening of the cover. The cover is slidable in a longitudinal direction along the body between a first position in which the bowl is accessible and a second position in which the bowl is covered.
