Smoking pipe assembly
A brass smoking pipe is modified with numerous improvements. It is nickel-brass plated to prevent tarnishing. The draft holes are enlarged from the standard 1/16″ to 3/32″ diameter and drilled at an angle. The tar trap is drilled into a new deep-dish configuration. These modifications improve the pipe's draw. A titanium or quartz crystal retaining rod is provided, both to store multiple quartz crystal bowls in the storage canister and to serve as a domeless nail, converting an herb pipe to a concentrate pipe. A push nut holds quartz crystal bowls on the retaining rod. An oversized poker, available in brass, titanium, or glass, holds the tar trap in place and removes the tar trap for cleaning. The poker may be fitted with an easy-pull grip nut or a removal tool to remove the retaining rod and quartz crystal bowls from the storage canister.
HEAT AND AIRFLOW REGULATION SMOKING BOWL
Presented are systems and methods for heat and air regulation in a smoking device. The systems and methods presented herein are applicable to smoking bowls for hookahs and other smoking devices. In some embodiments, an airflow and heat regulation apparatus is presented, comprising a bowl stem or cylinder, with an open upper end and an open lower end and a heating chamber capable of holding heatable matter or other receptacles between the open upper end and open lower end; and a removable lid sealably coupled to the upper end of the stem or cylinder via a lid connection end, the removable lid including an extended rim protruding outwards from the removable lid to beyond the outer edges of the upper end of the stem or cylinder.

MULTI-COMPARTMENT SMOKING PIPE
A multi-compartment smoking pipe is provided. The multi-compartment smoking pipe not only stores smokable substances, but further allows a user to smoke a predetermined amount of smokable substance. The pipe has multiple compartments wherein a user can smoke the smoking material in one compartment while the smoking material in the other compartments remains undisturbed. The multi-compartment smoking pipe allows for a user to select from different smokable substances.
SELF-IGNITING CAP FOR A PIPE
An apparatus to automatically ignite herbs in a water pipe. The apparatus includes a cap dimensioned to engage a bowl piece of a water pipe and provide a restricted air path to the bowl. A pressure sensor within the cap senses a pressure change response to air being drawn through the air path. Responsive to a signal from the sensor a controller drives an igniter to ignite the herb within the bowl.

CARTRIDGE WITH SMOKING ARTICLE THEREIN
A smoking cartridge configured to removably engage with the bowl of a smoking apparatus comprises a receptacle, a sealing member, and an opening that comprises inwardly projecting flaps. The receptacle is configured to contain a smoking material. The sealing member is disposed along the periphery of the receptacle proximal to a lower portion of the receptacle. The sealing member is configured to removably engage and seal with the bowl of the smoking apparatus. The opening is disposed at a bottom of the receptacle, which is defined by inwardly projecting adjustable flaps. The flaps are configured to be adjustably bent to vary the size of the opening.
PORTABLE INHALATION APPARATUS AND RELATED METHOD
A portable inhalation apparatus is provided comprising a base and a collapsible stem assembly. In some embodiments, the portable inhalation apparatus is a smoking pipe. The collapsible stem assembly may have an extended position in which the stem assembly extends away from the base and a collapsed position in which the stem assembly is collapsed towards the base. When the stem assembly is in the collapsed position, the smoking pipe may be in a compact form to store and transport the smoking pipe. The stem assembly may comprise at least two stem sections and at least one articulating connection interconnecting the stem sections. A related method for making a portable inhalation apparatus is also provided.

SYSTEM, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SMOKING DEVICE
A smoking device can include a tube with an axis, a proximal end, a distal end and a restriction located between the proximal and distal ends. A combustion space is located axially inside the tube between the restriction and the distal end. The combustion space can contain a combustion product. In addition, a sleeve can be removably mounted to an exterior of the tube. The sleeve can be formed from an elastic material and have a storage configuration that can completely encapsulate both the proximal end and the distal end of the tube to seal the tube. The sleeve also can have a use configuration mounted to the proximal end of the tube, and removed from the distal end of the tube to allow air flow through the tube and the sleeve.
