SYSTEM, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SMOKING DEVICE
A smoking device can include a tube with an axis, a proximal end, a distal end and a restriction located between the proximal and distal ends. A combustion space is located axially inside the tube between the restriction and the distal end. The combustion space can contain a combustion product. In addition, a sleeve can be removably mounted to an exterior of the tube. The sleeve can be formed from an elastic material and have a storage configuration that can completely encapsulate both the proximal end and the distal end of the tube to seal the tube. The sleeve also can have a use configuration mounted to the proximal end of the tube, and removed from the distal end of the tube to allow air flow through the tube and the sleeve.
SMOKING DEVICE
A reusable multiple dose smoking appliance includes a cover and a base that removeably cooperate with a receptacle. The receptacle defines at least one reservoir configured to contain a volume of a smokeable media and at least one primary smoke channel. Cooperation of the base and receptacle define a secondary smoke channel that is in fluid communication with the primary smoke channel. An aperture is defined by the cover and is oriented to selectively expose and obstruct the smokeable content reservoir. When the reservoir is exposed to atmosphere and a combustion source is disposed proximate thereto, user inhalation effectuates combustion of the smokeable media such that the fire effluent or smoke is communicated to the user via the primary and secondary smoke channels.

HEAT REGULATING DEVICE FOR HOOKAH
The present invention discloses a heat regulating device for a hookah, including a lid and a base. The lid and the base are movably connected to form a cavity for placing tobacco or other combustible substances. The upper part of the base has an annular groove; and the lid has a fastener which is hook-shaped; the fastener extends downward and inward and is embedded in the annular groove. The fastener and the annular groove are configured to improve the connection stability of the lid and the base. In the event of an accident, such as unexpected tipping over, the lid won't easily fall off from the base, so tobacco or other combustible substances can be contained in the device to reduce the possibility of scald, even fire and other accidents, thus improving the safety performance of the heat regulating device.

SMOKELESS PIPE AND METHOD OF OPERATING SAME
A smoking pipe apparatus includes a pipe body that has a bowl portion and a stem portion attached to the bowl portion. The bowl portion includes a bowl cavity in which a bowl sits. A bowl retainer fits over the bowl at the top of the pipe body, and further holds a bowl cover that has an opening. The pipe body has a lower extension that alternatively acts as a stand for the pipe body, and is configured to couple to a filter element. A one-way valve is attached to the bottom of a floor of the bowl cavity to normally block the passage of air/gasses through holes in the floor of the bowl cavity, but which opens when a user exhales into the pipe apparatus so that exhaled gasses pass through the filter element.
PORTABLE SMOKING PIPE FOR OUTDOORS TRAVEL
The present invention is directed to a smoking pipe. The pipe bowl of the current invention preferably directs heated airflow. Further, the invention is directed to an elongated cap and combustion chamber shape that facilitates manipulation of the combustion chamber contents. Further, the present invention is directed to a cap and pipe body that also provides a means to secure the cap to locations other than the pipe bowl.
Smoking pipe
The present invention is a smoking pipe that also serves as a pair of eyeglasses, which can either include prescription lenses and/or tinted lenses. In the present invention, at least one temple comprises a pipe that can be used to smoke tobacco or other smoking material. The temple will generally include a bowl that is accessible from the outside wall of the temple, a smoke way that extends through the temple, and a smoke hole at the end of the temple. The user can place the smoking material in the bowl, light the material, and then inhale the smoke (which travels through the smoke way) through the smoke hole. The present invention can also be an electronic cigarette or incorporate a vaporizer.
