SYSTEMS FOR THE EXTRACTION OF MACROMOLECULES
The present disclosure relates to a system for the extraction of macromolecules comprising: one or more incubators, the incubators for culturing a biological sample to provide a base sample for screening for the detection of the macromolecule; a sample operating system, the sample operating system for performing predetermined operations on the biological sample cultured in the incubator; a sample detection platform, the sample detection platform for detecting the biological sample for screening; and a transfer platform, the transfer platform for transferring the biological samples between the incubator and the sample operating system and/or between the sample operating system and the sample detection platform. The system according to the present disclosure not only quantitatively increases the throughput of extraction of macromolecules while quantitatively reducing the number of operators, but also greatly improves the stability, homogeneity, and reproducibility of the process by standardizing operations.
Sensors with dehumidifiers
A sensor system for detecting at least one analyte in an environment includes a dehumidifier system including at least one of a condenser unit and a desiccant unit and a sensor responsive to the analyte in fluid connection with the dehumidifier system.
APPARATUS AND PROCESS FOR PERFORMING LATERAL FLOW TESTS
An apparatus for assaying one or more lateral flow test devices. The apparatus comprises at least one support device for supporting one or more lateral flow test devices in use and at least one sample receptacle configured to receive, in use, a respective liquid sample to be dispensed onto a corresponding lateral flow test device. The apparatus further comprises a dispensing apparatus configured to dispense a known volume of the received liquid sample from the sample receptacle onto the corresponding lateral flow test device supported by the support device.
SENSORS WITH DEHUMIDIFIERS
A sensor system for detecting at least one analyte in an environment includes a dehumidifier system including at least one of a condenser unit and a desiccant unit and a sensor responsive to the analyte in fluid connection with the dehumidifier system.
Relative Humidity Control Apparatus
A relative humidity control apparatus for control of the relative humidity in a gas space has a nebulizer source with an outlet for nebulized liquid, a frame surrounding an open area and comprising an opening arrangement to the open area and in operational flow connection with the outlet, and a flow drive arrangement generating a gas flow from the outlet to and out of the opening arrangement. A liquid handling robot comprising this apparatus, a method of operating the apparatus, an immunoassay method and methods of controlling the time course of the relative humidity in a gaseous space and of producing a predetermined volume of a liquid are also disclosed.
Automatic analyzer
Provided is a reagent cooler that prevents occurrence of condensation and further uniforms a temperature in the cooler with low power consumption and a simple structure. The reagent cooler includes a refrigerant pipe that is disposed inside an outer wall of the reagent cooler 103 and circulates a refrigerant inside the outer wall; a blowing pipe 109 that is disposed inside the outer wall and guides outside air existing outside the reagent cooler to inside of the reagent cooler; and a blowing unit 114 that is disposed at the blowing pipe and diffuses the outside air into the inside of the reagent cooler through the blowing pipe. With the outside air cooled by the outer wall and taken into the inside of the reagent cooler, the reagent cooler is positively pressurized and the internal temperature is made uniform.
Diagnostic laboratory distribution system
A diagnostic laboratory distribution system, wherein the distribution system comprises a number of carriers adapted to carry one or more goods. The distribution system comprises a transport plane adapted to support the carriers and a drive device, wherein the drive device is adapted to move the carriers on the transport plane, and a control device to control the drive device. The distribution system comprises a cover for the transport plane, and humidity sensors connected to the control device and airflow generating devices connected to the control device. The airflow generating devices are distributed over the distribution system to generate an airflow between the cover and the transport plane. The control device is configured to start the airflow generating devices if the humidity sensors measure a humidity above a predefined threshold value.
Light-scattering fine dust measurement apparatus
A light scattering particulate matter measuring apparatus is disclosed. The light scattering particulate matter measuring apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a casing provided with an inlet into which outside air flows and an outlet through which is exhausted measured air of which the particulate matter concentration has been measured; an airflow pathway which connects the inlet and the outlet in the casing and along which outside air moves; and an external temperature-humidity sensor which is provided on the outside of the casing and measures the temperature and relative humidity of outside air.
AUTOMATIC ANALYSIS DEVICE
An automatic analysis device includes a cool box that suppresses entry of external heat and moisture through a container access opening without being equipped with a fan that serves as a heat source in a cool chamber. The cool box includes a cool chamber that holds the liquid, and a cooling device that generates cooling air and supplies the cooling air to the cool chamber. The cool chamber includes a disk that supports a container to contain the liquid and is rotatable, a jacket that houses the disk, and a cover that covers a top of the jacket. The cover is provided with a container access opening through which the container is taken in and out, and a flow path that generates an air flow crossing below the container access opening.
MICROSCOPE
A microscope includes a sample chamber and a microscope stage arranged below the sample chamber. The microscope stage has a top surface for receiving a sample carrier in an examining position, in which a sample arranged on the sample carrier is microscopically examinable. The microscope also includes a sample carrier storing unit arranged within the sample chamber for receiving the sample carrier in at least one storing position, and a sample carrier handling device for moving the sample carrier between the storing position and the examination position. The microscope further includes a first fan assembly configured to blow atmosphere into the sample chamber through a first opening of the sample chamber, and a second fan assembly configured to drain atmosphere from the sample chamber through at least one second opening of the sample chamber.
