A laminated countertop assembly can include a first generally longitudinal slab with a first substrate, where the first substrate has lamination on a countertop side of the first substrate and lamination on an edge side of the first substrate that extends along a first portion of a length of the edge side of the first substrate. The first substrate can also include a first miter cut angled into the first substrate and slots extending into the first substrate for receiving biscuits. The laminated countertop assembly can also include a second generally longitudinal slab with a second substrate, where the second substrate has lamination on a countertop side of the second substrate and lamination on an edge side of the second substrate. The second substrate can also include a second miter cut at a corner of the second substrate and slots extending into the second substrate for receiving the biscuits.

A table has a bottom plate having a bottom plate channel and an outer wall. A bottom plate lip is perpendicular to the outer wall. A top plate has a top plate lip overlying and parallel to the bottom plate lip. A lower end of a frame is in the bottom plate channel and an upper end of the frame is in contact with the top plate. A panel having a substrate and a top layer provided thereon, wherein the top layer comprises at least a melamine resin and a binder, the binder being selected from the group comprising: polyacrylates based binder, polyvinyl acetate based binder, polyester based binder, acrylic copolymers based binder or urethane based binder.

A method of manufacturing a furniture panel includes placing the frame on a top of a mold, the frame at an outer edge being formed with a protrusion; shaping the plastic blank sheet by vacuum forming such that the plastic blank sheet wraps the frame and the mold; demolding and trimming, so that the trimmed plastic blank sheet wraps the protrusion of the frame and the frame is embedded in the trimmed plastic blank sheet. The method is efficient, implementing the process of wrapping a frame within a plastic panel in a simple fashion, and the panel formed smooth in profile. The panel is resistant to deformation and has a prolonged service life.

A composed element includes at least two panel-shaped elements, which each have an edge zone in which coupling means are present in a profiled part respectively extending in the longitudinal direction of the respective edge zone, and each including an end face extending transversely to the respective edge zone. A table tennis apparatus including a table top made out of a fiberglass reinforced structural material (FRSM). The table tennis apparatus includes a pair of tables. Each table includes a table top having a three-layered composite panel made up of FRSM. The table top receives aluminum plates at its sides. Further, the table top receives mounting brackets at its bottom surface. The mounting brackets include male members that extend perpendicularly to the mounting brackets and fold over the mounting brackets. The table top rests at a height from the ground and allows its top surface to act as a playing surface for playing table tennis.

The panel frame structures and methods for making and using the same are disclosed herein. The panel frame structures can include a plurality of interlocking panels. Each of those interlocking panels can include a protrusion having a plurality of interlocking teeth. The interlocking teeth between each of the interlocking panels can be positioned between one another such that the interlock creating a rigid connection between the interlocking panels. Thus, the panel frame structure can incorporate interlocking panels having a number of protrusions in a variety of shapes to create numerous structures.
