METHOD OF MAKING E-VAPING DEVICE WITH INSERT
The method including providing a filler material that is water insoluble, the providing provides the filler material with more than 98% alpha-cellulose, 0.01% to less than 2% ash and a remainder hemicellulose, infusing at least one first consumable within the filler material and inserting a matrix within at least one first containing structure to form an insert, the matrix including the filler material.
WICKLESS VAPORIZING DEVICES AND METHODS
Deformable valves and atomizer designs for a vaporizer (e.g., electronic cigarette). The vaporizer may be used for vaporization of liquid and/or organic material. The vaporizer may enable enhanced flow control of fluid and may generate high quality and quantity of vapor efficiently. In some instances, flow path of the vaporizer may allow bulk fluid flow, e.g., in contrast to capillary flow, to deliver fluid to a vicinity of the vaporizer. In some instances, the vaporizer may utilize improved atomizer designs for vaporizing devices, where said designs can be configured optionally, with various embodiments of a breath-modulating deformable valve.

ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE
An electronic cigarette is provided. The electronic cigarette includes a casing having two chambers located sequentially within the casing. A battery and a fluid are located in the casing. A sealing element forms a partition between the chambers. A tube element is located in the second chamber, providing an air passage between the two chambers. Also included is a fiber element that transfers fluid from a fluid containing member to a heating assembly.

NON-POROUS ATOMIZER CHAMBER
A nonporous atomizer chamber atomizes a tobacco substance and is operable with a vaporizer. The chamber is fabricated from a nonporous material composition that is generally not permeable to water, gas, or other fluids. The nonporous material is effective for use with the chamber, where high temperatures create chemical reactions with the tobacco substance that cause absorption into the pores of a housing of the chamber. This creates undesirable toxic cumulates that leave aftertaste, off gas, and discolor in the housing. The housing atomizes the tobacco substance with a uniquely disposed heating coil. The heating coil takes three different possible positions, with each position creating a synergy with the nonporous material of the chamber to provide optimal atomization. A flat, coplanar position with a closed end of the housing prevents blockage of holes. A transverse disposition heats up efficiently. A longitudinal disposition occupies large volume area in the housing.
