10390620 · 2019-08-27 · ·

A system for supporting a user in a plurality of ergonomic positions that includes a first assembly and a second, separate assembly. The first assembly includes first and second components that are adjustable to support the user in first and second different postures. The second assembly includes separate first and second components that are adjustable to support the user in the first and second postures. Upon the relative position of the second assembly first and second components being changed from the first to the second position, a second assembly processor transmits a wireless signal to a receiver of the first assembly. Upon receiving the wireless signal, a first assembly processor controls an actuator to adjust the position of the first assembly first and second components from the first position to the second position.

20190246789 · 2019-08-15 ·

An automatic elevation-adjusting system includes an elevating unit, a control panel, a setting module, a calculating module and a central control module. The control panel includes a power icon, a direction icon unit, a setting icon, and a mode icon unit. The setting icon is operable to actuate the setting module to allow a user to press the direction icon unit and the power icon to enter data including a name, height, sex and age. The calculating module calculates average elevations for playing games, writing, reading and standing based on the user's sex and age, a pre-set specification of the table and an average height corresponding to the user's sex and age. The central control module actuates the elevating unit to move a table to the average elevation for playing games, writing, reading or standing when the game, writing, reading or standing icon of the mode icon unit is pressed.

Systems and methods for controlling an interactive workstation based on biometric input

Portable device for controlling electrical adjustable apparatus

A portable device for controlling an external electrical adjustable apparatus is provided. The portable device has a case, a signal transmitter connected to the electrical adjustable apparatus, a tilt sensor sensing a tilted angle and a controlling operation, a memory storing a threshold angle and a processor. The processor generates a controlling signal according to the controlling operation, and transmitting the controlling signal to an electrical adjustable apparatus for making the electrical adjustable apparatus raise/lower. The processor further determines that the electrical adjustable apparatus has collision when receiving a controlling signal used to control the electrical adjustable apparatus and the tilted angle is not less than the threshold angle, and sends a stopping signal to the electrical adjustable apparatus via the signal transmitter for making the electrical adjustable apparatus stop raising/lowering when determining that the electrical adjustable apparatus has collision.
