FURNITURE WITH REMOVABLE ELECTRONICS RACK
A piece of furniture, such as a lectern, has a shell with an opening. A rack for electronic equipment is mounted within the shell. The rack can be slid between a stowed position in which the rack is entirely within the furniture and an access position in which the rack extends through the opening and is partially outside the shell.
Tall cabinet quick release structure
A cabinet quick release structure includes an upper sliding rail assembly, a bracket having front and rear positioning blocks, a tray, left and right latch devices and a lower sliding rail assembly arranged so that when dismounting a wooden cabinet from a cabinet housing, a user pulls a latch block of the front positioning block, and then pushes an inner sliding rail of the upper sliding rail assembly backward to move front and rear positioning rods of an inner sliding rail respectively out the front and rear positioning blocks, and then disengages the left and right latch devices from a bottom locating frame of the lower sliding rail assembly. When mounting the wooden cabinet, the front positioning rod of the inner sliding rail is locked by the latch block while the rear positioning rod is located in the rear positioning block and the latch devices engage the bottom locating frame.
Three-rows-of-ball bearings sliding rail
A three-rows-of-ball bearings sliding rail is disclosed. An inner sliding rail body (1) is supported in outer sliding rail bodies (2-1, 2-2) through three rows of support ball bearings (3-1, 3-2, 3-3) which are arranged in parallel in a lengthwise direction of the inner sliding rail body. The three rows of support ball bearings (3-1, 3-2, 3-3) are respectively limited within a length range of the outer sliding rail bodies (2-1, 2-2) via ball retainers (4). Each of the outer sliding rail bodies (2-1, 2-2) includes a bottom plate (21), a first side wall (221) and a second side wall (222) which are respectively located at two sides in a widthwise direction of the bottom plate (21), are integrally formed with the bottom plate (21) and extended in a lengthwise direction of the bottom plate (21). The first side wall (221) includes a first arm and a supporting part (2211) which is bent inwardly and extends horizontally from a bottom end of the first arm. The second side wall (222) includes a second arm and an arc-shaped part (2221) which is bent inwardly from a bottom end of the second arm and integrally formed with the second arm. The three rows of support ball bearings (3-1, 3-2, 3-3) are respectively located within an upper inner corner end and a lower inner corner end of the first side wall (221), and the arc-shaped part (2221) in a cross section of the outer sliding rail bodies (2-1, 2-2); and connection lines of centers of the three rows of support ball bearings (3-1, 3-2, 3-3) form an equilateral triangle in the cross section of the outer sliding rail bodies (2-1, 2-2). This sliding rail can solve the problem of insufficient bearing capacity in the existing three-rows-of-ball bearings sliding rail, and can meet installation space requirements for a hidden sliding rail.
Pull-out guide for a drawer, and method for securing a drawer to a pull-out guide
A pull-out guide for a drawer, comprising a guide rail can be fixed to a body and a running rail which is movably mounted. At least one central rail can optionally be provided between the guide rail and the running rail, and a securing device with a holder is provided on the running rail, wherein a drawer can be fixed to the holder. The holder is mounted in a movable manner in the longitudinal direction of the running rail and is pretensioned towards the front in the pull-out direction by means of an energy accumulator. In this manner, a drawer can be easily mounted on the securing device, and manufacturing tolerances can be compensated for.
Drawer cabinet provided with adjustable drawer assembly mode
A drawer cabinet has an adjustable drawer assembly mode. The drawer cabinet includes a cabinet body (10) and at least one drawer unit (20). The cabinet body (10) includes a rectangular receiving space (11) and at least one opening (12) in communication with the receiving space (11). Each of four corners of the receiving space (11) is combined with a slide rail (30). Each of the slide rails (30) includes a sliding channel (32) that faces the receiving space (11) and section shapes of which are symmetrical relative to an angular bisector. The drawer unit (20) is slidably combined with the receiving space (11), and an upper edge or a lower edge of two sides of the drawer unit (20) is at least provided with a pair of connection units (40). Each of the connection units (40) is slidably combined with the corresponding slide rail (30) and is provided with a sliding rod (41) that matches the sliding channel (32). The four corners of the receiving space (11) of the cabinet body (10) are provided with the slide rails (30) without assembly direction limitations, so that the assembly directions and the assembly quantity of the drawers are not limited, and so that the flexibility and the variability of arranging drawers in the drawer cabinet are effectively improved.
Pull-out guide for a drawer
A pull-out guide for a drawer includes a carcass rail configured to be arranged on a side of a furniture carcass, and a drawer rail configured to be arranged on a drawer. The drawer rail is displaceably supported on the carcass rail in an opening- and closing direction, and the drawer rail has an upper side facing towards the drawer and a lower side spaced from the upper side by at least one side limb. A bearing device is provided for a synchronization rod of a synchronization device. The bearing device includes a fastening region for the synchronization rod, and the fastening region is arranged below the underside of the drawer rail.
COUPLING MECHANISM AND SLIDE RAIL ASSEMBLY WITH CUSHIONING FUNCTION
A coupling mechanism adapted for a furniture part and a slide rail includes a coupling base and a cushioning structure. The coupling base is detachably mounted on and in direct contact with the slide rail. The cushioning structure is in indirect contact with the slide rail and is configured to compensate for a possible gap between the furniture part and the slide rail.
RETRACTING MECHANISM FOR MOVABLE FURNITURE PARTS
A retracting mechanism for first and second furniture parts includes a guiding structure, a catch member, and a resilient member. The first furniture part includes an engaging feature. The catch member is displaceable between first and second guiding portions of the guiding structure and includes first and second features. While the second furniture part is displaced in a certain direction with respect to the first furniture part, with the catch member initially at the first guiding portion and with the engaging feature caught by one of the first and second features, the catch member is disengaged from the engaging feature such that the resilient member stores a force for assisting in retracting the second furniture part with respect to the first furniture part.
