A portable multifunctional smoking utensil holder and kit is disclosed that may include a holder for smoking utensils that includes a lower portion; and an upper portion that is pivotably attached to the lower portion, wherein the lower portion includes a first compartment that is configured to slidably and removably receive a pipe therein for storing the pipe; a second compartment that is configured to store a leafy substance therein; and a third compartment that is open to the second compartment, the third compartment including a first portion and a second portion, the first portion configured to slidably receive the pipe therein, the second portion including a grinding mechanism that is configured to transfer and grind substances from the second compartment into the third compartment when the grinding mechanism is actuated.

The present invention provides an apparatus and method for speed filling of a containers, such as bat pipes, that reside in a shipping container. A filling tray includes holes that align with top open ends of the bat pipes. A frame on the filling tray aligns the top open ends of the bat pipes. Smokable plant matter is spread onto the top surface of the filling tray to introduce the smokable plant matter into the holes of the filling tray and further into the top open ends of the bat pipes. A press plate, with a matrix of corresponding pegs, is urged downwardly to compress smokable plant matter into the top open ends of each of the bat pipes. After being filling with smokable plant matter, the top open ends of the bat pies are sealed with caps.

An article holding apparatus for carrying an electronic smoking device on one's person includes a sleeve which is elongated between a top end and a bottom end. The top end is open to an interior space defined by the sleeve, and the sleeve is sized to receive the electronic smoking device into the interior space. A top closure is coupled to the sleeve at the top end which is configured to selectively close the top end of the sleeve. A mounting member is coupled to the sleeve proximate the top end which is configured to mount the sleeve to an article of clothing. The bottom end may also be open to the interior space so that the electronic smoking device may be charged while in the sleeve via a charging cord that enters the sleeve through the bottom end.

An article holding apparatus for carrying an electronic smoking device on one's person includes a sleeve which is elongated between a top end and a bottom end. The top end is open to an interior space defined by the sleeve, and the sleeve is sized to receive the electronic smoking device into the interior space. A top closure is coupled to the sleeve at the top end which is configured to selectively close the top end of the sleeve. A mounting member is coupled to the sleeve proximate the top end which is configured to mount the sleeve to an article of clothing. The bottom end may also be open to the interior space so that the electronic smoking device may be charged while in the sleeve via a charging cord that enters the sleeve through the bottom end.

A flip-top portable apparatus intended to contain organic smoking material, paraphernalia, cosmetics, or ingredients. The apparatus is fashioned with a body and lid connected together with a spring hinge or biasing element. An improved slidably operated cover is located on a lateral surface and is held securely in a closed position by the spring hinge lid. Urging the slidably operated cover to an open position will gain access to the storage chamber of the apparatus. The novel idea is that, in this arrangement, when the improved slidably activated cover is opened enough to reveal the storage chamber, the open spring hinge lid biases against the open cover and holds the cover in the selected position and, consequently, the apparatus is more stable than others when open. A portable herb grinder consists of a grinder sector and a hopper sector, a portable herb grinder where the grinder and hopper sectors are combined, a portable herb grinder that is included as part of a kit which includes a lighter, a smoking device and a storage area for herbaceous or similar smoking materials, and a novel arrangement for a case that includes a lighter, a smoking device stored in the case, a grinder stored in the case, and space for storing herbaceous smoking materials in the case, and a novel arrangement of a single dose smoking device for smoking herbaceous materials or the like.
