Rotating and Non-Rotating Reclining chairs with tilting mechanisms
The invention is a rotating or non-rotating reclining and/or declining chair having various reclining and/or declining mechanisms or systems allowing a greater range of recline and an easy way to recline and decline. Optionally, the chair can also have a reclining and declining backrest and leg rest and/or footrest and also optional storage compartments. The reclining and/or declining systems of the invention cause the plate or frame of the chair seat to recline or decline.
Lift adjuster and seating and/or reclining furniture with a lift adjuster
A lift adjuster is depicted and described for adjusting seating furniture and/or reclining furniture, with a housing and an adjustment bracket. The adjustment bracket is maintained in the housing and can be partially pulled out of the housing. In order to enable comfortable adjustment, it is proposed that at least one clamping element is provided displaceable with respect to the adjustment bracket between a clamping position and at least one adjustment position in that the at least one clamping element is received in a clamping manner in the clamping position in a clamping gap between the adjustment bracket and the housing such that the adjustment bracket is prevented from sliding into the housing.

Powered chairs for public venues, assemblies for use in powered chairs, and components for use in assemblies for use in powered chairs
Powered chairs, assemblies for use in the powered chairs, and components for use in the assemblies are provided. Electrical systems for use in the powered chairs, and components for use in the electrical systems are provided. Control systems and methods for operating powered chairs are also provided. Any given chair may be locally and/or remotely controlled.
Apparatus for support during tattooing
An apparatus that supports a person in a variety of positions so that a tattoo artist can comfortably apply a tattoo to the skin of the supported person is herein disclosed. The apparatus can be articulated to cause a person's legs and arms to be optimally positioned and supported to receive a tattoo.
Drive mechanism
A drive mechanism for an article of adjustable furniture, the drive mechanism having support sections, the support sections including a first support section and a second support section, an actuator mechanism, and at least one connecting mechanism, the at least one connecting mechanism includes a first arm pivotally connected to the first support section, and a second arm pivotally connected to the second support section, the first arm being pivotally connected to the second arm, in which the actuator mechanism is drivingly connected to the second support section to effect concertina-like movement between the first arm and the second arm to move the second support section relative to the first support section.
Wall-proximity furniture member having sync mechanism
A furniture member includes a base assembly, a frame assembly, a legrest mechanism, a support rod, and a sync mechanism. The frame assembly is movable relative to the base assembly among an upright position, a partially reclined position, and a fully reclined position. The legrest mechanism is movable relative to the frame assembly between a retracted position and a fully extended position. The support rod is supported by the frame assembly. The sync mechanism is coupled to and supported by the support rod. The sync mechanism is configured to prevent the frame assembly from moving from the upright position to the partially reclined position until the legrest mechanism reaches the fully extended position.

The apparatus can be articulated to cause a person's legs and arms to be optimally positioned and supported to receive a tattoo.
Mechanism for actuating motion furniture
A mechanism for actuating a motion furniture is disclosed. The mechanism includes a chassis assembly, a linkage assembly operatively connected to the chassis assembly via a front pivot link and a rear pivot link and further including an ottoman drive link, and a linear actuator having a base and a driving end, the base being connected to the chassis and the driving end being operatively connected to the linkage assembly via the ottoman drive link, wherein the linear actuator is configured to extend to deploy the linkage assembly to an open position by pushing the ottoman drive link forward and to contract to retract the linkable assembly to a closed position by pulling the motor drive tube backward.
