A method for determining an emission coefficient of a device under test (DUT) using a test circuit is disclosed. The method comprises coupling a parameter measurement circuit associated with the test circuit to an input pin associated with the DUT, wherein the input pin is coupled to a diode element within the DUT and performing voltage and current measurements associated with the input pin using the parameter measurement circuit. In some embodiments, the method further comprises determining a plurality of contact resistance values respectively based on the voltage and current measurements and an emission coefficient estimate using a contact resistance estimation circuit; and determining an emission coefficient associated with the DUT based on the determined plurality of contact resistance values using an emission coefficient determination circuit.

A method for measuring an earth resistance in a battery charging system, including the steps of injecting a measuring signal in alternating current between a first, neutral node and a second, earth node, detecting a voltage signal representing an electrical potential difference between the first and the second node, processing the voltage signal so as to extract a first signal having a frequency equal to that of the measuring signal and a phase correlated thereto, and calculating an earth resistance value as a function of a ratio between the measuring signal and a reference value of said first signal.

A method for measuring an earth resistance in a battery charging system, including the steps of injecting a measuring signal in alternating current between a first, neutral node and a second, earth node, detecting a voltage signal representing an electrical potential difference between the first and the second node, processing the voltage signal so as to extract a first signal having a frequency equal to that of the measuring signal and a phase correlated thereto, and calculating an earth resistance value as a function of a ratio between the measuring signal and a reference value of said first signal.

The present disclosure relates to a grounding monitoring device, method, system and computer readable storage medium, which relates to the field of coal mine safety. The device includes: a measurement power source for supplying power to the grounding monitoring device; a resistance measurement device connected between the measurement power source and a grounding electrode, the resistance measurement device, the measurement power source and the grounding electrode forming a current detection circuit via the ground, wherein a resistance of a grounding resistor is determined according to a current flowing through the grounding electrode in the current detection circuit to determine a monitoring result.

Testing method for sheet resistance and contact resistance of connecting point of sheet material
A testing method for the sheet resistance and contact resistance of connecting point of a sheet material, comprising: mounting at least four small electrodes on the surface of the sheet material; measuring the resistance between the electrodes; and calculating the sheet resistance and electrode contact resistance of the sheet material on the basis of a theoretical model from the resistance measured between the electrodes and the distances between the electrodes. As a main feature, the testing method is a convenient nondestructive testing method for the sheet resistance and electrode contact resistance of the sheet material, and has no strict requirement on the distribution of electrodes.
Systems and Methods for Measuring the Electrical Contact Resistance at an Interface
A method for measuring a contact resistance at an interface of an electrically conductive coating and a cross-ply surface of a composite layer having electrically conductive fibers. The method includes: placing a dielectric coating of a sensing pad in contact with the composite layer or with the electrically conductive coating on the cross-ply surface of the composite layer; electrically connecting first and second input terminals of a comparator to the sensing pad and to one side of a capacitor respectively; electrically connecting another side of the capacitor to a fixed resistance; electrically connecting the fixed resistance to an electrically conductive body inserted in a hole in the composite layer; supplying an alternating current to the electrically conductive body and to the fixed resistance; and outputting a characteristic voltage signal if an amplitude of the input signal at the first input terminal is at least equal to an amplitude of the input signal at the second input terminal.
