The method includes: obtaining an initial calibration datum of the electric motor; determining whether a deviation between the initial calibration datum and a theoretical calculation datum exceeds a first threshold; recalibrating the electric motor based on the preset calibration parameter when the deviation between the initial calibration datum and the theoretical calculation datum exceeds the first threshold, and obtaining an updated calibration datum; determining whether a deviation between the updated calibration datum and the initial calibration datum exceeds a second threshold; and updating the initial calibration datum based on the updated calibration datum when the deviation between the updated calibration datum and the initial calibration datum does not exceed the second threshold, thereby updating and rectifying the initial calibration datum.

During EMC testing of electric motors, a rotation transmission device that penetrates a wall in an electromagnetic anechoic chamber has been unable to achieve high rotation and high torque, because of the skipping rope phenomenon. In order to achieve rotation transmission at high rotation and high torque, a fiber-reinforced plastic shaft is supported by a bearing inside a conductive housing; and a conductive brush that obstructs a space between the housing and the shaft surface is provided so as to provide electrical conduction between the housing and the shaft and prevent radio wave leakage. A plurality of bearings could be used, excluding at both ends, in order to achieve rotation transmission at high rotation and high torque.

DETECTION OF PARTIAL DISCHARGE

Methods and systems for detecting partial discharge in a stator for an electric motor are provided. An exemplary method includes applying a high voltage AC sinewave input signal to the stator and energizing at least one winding therein. The method includes sensing a first resulting load signal occurring in the stator with a first device and filtering the first resulting load signal to form a first high frequency signal indicating any partial discharge (PD) voltage occurring in the stator. The method also includes sensing a second resulting load signal occurring in the stator with a second device and filtering the second resulting load signal to form a second high frequency signal indicating any partial discharge voltage occurring in the stator. Further, the method includes processing the first and second high frequency signals to form a processed signal indicating whether partial discharge occurred.
