The disclosure relates to an autonomous device for tracking the usage time of a generator set, capable of providing an operating time of the generator set. The module includes at least one first sensor (101) capable of measuring a first parameter representing a state of operation of said generator set (9), a data processor furnishing the characteristic information for an operating time, as a function of the first parameter, storage of the characteristic information for an operating time, and a transmitter capable of transmitting the characteristic information for an operating time to a terminal or an external server.

DEGRADED SENSOR ASSEMBLY DETECTION
The disclosed technology provides solutions for validating operation of a sensor assembly by performing an assembly test. In some aspects, a process of performing the assembly test includes steps for collecting motor controller measurements, wherein the motor controller measurements include an amount of current supplied to a motor coupled when performing a sensor sweep, calculating an average current drawn by the motor based on the current measurements, and calculating a peak current drawn by the motor based on the current measurements. In some aspects, the process can further include steps for determining if the sensor assembly passes the sensor assembly test based on the average current drawn and the peak current drawn. Systems and machine-readable media are also provided.
Fault diagnosis system and method for electric drives
The present disclosure relates to diagnosing a fault in an electric drive of a process plant. The fault diagnosis method includes receiving fault data from an electric drive upon occurrence of the fault. The method further includes obtaining a fault code and a drive type associated with the electric drive from the fault data. In addition, the method comprises determining one or more drive parts to replace by comparing the fault code and the drive type with a mapped data for a plurality of drive types. The mapped data for each drive type includes a relation between a plurality of fault codes and a plurality of drive parts. The method further includes initiating a maintenance operation involving replacement of the one or more drive parts to address the fault.
METHOD FOR ANALYZING ELECTRIC SIGNAL OF TRIBOELECTRIC POWER GENERATING DEVICE
An electric signal analysis method includes analyzing electrical signals of the triboelectric power generating device through at least one of the following protocols a) to d): a) a protocol that analyzes electrical signals generated by applying a force to the center at a certain period so that the triboelectric power generating device is bent; b) a protocol that analyzes electrical signals generated by applying a force to at least one end so that the triboelectric power generating device is bent; c) a protocol that that analyzes electrical signals generated by tapping the device at a certain period or causing vibration to the device within a limit without converting a shape of the triboelectric power generating device; and d) a protocol that analyzes electrical signals generated by shaking an inducer spaced apart from the triboelectric power generating device at a predetermined distance.

An open circuit diagnosis apparatus, and method for open circuit diagnosis, for a motor drive circuit with a Miller plateau detection unit that detects whether there is a Miller plateau region in a gate voltage applied to a switching element of a motor drive circuit when the switching element is turned on; a body diode activation detection unit which detects whether the body diode of the switching element has been activated which depends on the on/off state of the switching element; and a control unit which determines whether the motor drive circuit is in the open circuit state on the basis of whether the body diode activation unit has been activated and whether there is a Miller plateau region in a gate voltage.
Current sense multi-chip module
Current sensing devices that are capable of surviving harsh ambient environment of ocean worlds, such as Jupiter and Saturn moons are disclosed. The described devices can meet 300 Krad radiation requirements and can survive at cold temperatures down to −184° C. Exemplary implementations of the constituent circuits of the devices are presented. A scheduling algorithm to perform various measurement by the disclosed current sensing devices is also described.

Method and apparatus for monitoring the wear of a long stator linear motor system
A method and an apparatus are described for monitoring the wear of a long stator linear motor system comprising at least one motor train with stators and at least one transport vehicle that is driven electromagnetically thereby. Due to the fact that a force exerted electromagnetically and/or mechanically upon said motor train by the transport vehicle transverse to the latter's direction of transport or a differential force exerted in such manner by the transport vehicle upon two oppositely disposed motor trains is measured using sensors, changes in the forces between the motor train and the vehicle caused by dimensional tolerances and/or wear can be detected in order to prevent a malfunction of the track switch.
