An orthopedic device; the orthopedic device includes a cushion having a left side and a right side having different heights to level and correct a lateral pelvic tilt in a seated user. In one embodiment, the left side and the right side may each include pads for supporting respective buttocks of the seated user seated with lateral pelvic tilt. In another embodiment, the cushion may be used for supporting just one buttock of the seated user seated with lateral pelvic tilt. A method for diagnosing lateral pelvic tilt and for using the orthopedic device to correct the lateral pelvic tilt is also disclosed herein. The orthopedic device is useful for relieving, or at least substantially relieving, back pain and pressure associated with lateral pelvic tilt.

A pillow assembly for a chair is disclosed. The pillow assembly includes a pillow and clip assembly. The clip assembly is attached to the back of the pillow and is biased toward the back of the pillow such that a restorative force may secure the pillow to a chair. A grippy part may be disposed on the clip assembly to enhance securing the pillow in a desired position. The attached clip part may also have a protruding tab for a user to easily grasp the clip assembly. The clip assembly can slide over a complementary part on a chair, and is biased to secure the pillow in a desired position.

A portable lumbar support and ergonomic chair having a lumbar support. The lumbar support has a seat hingedly coupled to a seat back having a teardrop-shaped lumbar support seat back cushion. A rigid back support portion may be rotated forward about hinges to collapse substantially parallel to the seat frame and backward to open to a variety of angles with respect to the seat frame. A portable therapeutic unit and system for treating a back, a neck, or the back and the neck of a user is disclosed. The therapeutic unit includes a first seat, a back support, a hinge, and a metal back. The first seat is designed for the user to sit thereupon. The back support is designed to support a back of the user. The hinge pivotally connects the first seat and the back support. The metal back is connected to the back support, with the metal back magnetically coupling with an attachment magnet. Further, the attachment magnet couples to a therapeutic aid to deliver treatment to the user.

A seat assembly including a frame and a seat mounted to the frame via one or more clips. In one example, the clips include a lock assembly configured to extend through an opening in a seat support. The lock assembly includes a T-lock with one or more tabs configured to lock the clip within the opening without the use of tools and/or other fasteners. In another example, the lock assembly is inserted into the opening and the clip is rotated 90 degrees from an unlocked to a locked position. A connector is coupled to the bottom cushion pocket and a top cushion pocket is coupled to the connector. A top cushion is coupled within a top cushion pocket. A top support pocket is coupled to the top cushion pocket to selectively receive a seat top of the stadium seat.
