Assembling structure of support device of a chair
The invention includes an outer frame, fasteners, an inner frame, a supporting body and pressing strips. The outer frame has a surrounding trough. The fasteners are disposed in the surrounding trough. Each fastener has an engaging portion. The supporting body is made of a flexible material and has a loading side and a connecting side. The pressing strips are surroundingly attached on a periphery of the connecting side. An interval is kept between two adjacent pressing strips to provide flexibility. The supporting body covers the front of the inner frame. The pressing strips are fastened onto the rear of the inner frame. The inner frame with the supporting body is embedded into the surrounding trough to engage with the engaging portions of the fasteners.
SLING CHAIR
A sling chair may include a frame having one or more side rails, each side rail having a J-channel, and a fabric having one or more edges. The J-channel may include a neck and a foot, and be configured to receive a rod connected to a fabric edge. A locking strip may be inserted and force fit into the J-channel to lock the fabric edge and rod in the J-channel. The locking strip may include one or more lateral protrusions for mating with a ridge along an inner surface of the side rail.
LOAD SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR CHAIR, LOAD SUPPORT BODY FOR CHAIR, AND CHAIR
A load support structure for a chair includes a tensile material on which a load support surface configured to receive a load of a seated person is formed, a pair of support sections (51) to which the tensile material is attached, and which is elastically deformable in response to a force acting from the tensile material, a first reinforcing section (41) which is disposed to be spaced apart from the pair of support sections (51) in a surface perpendicular direction perpendicular to the load support surface, is located on a side opposite to the load support surface, and extends along an extending direction of the support section, and a connecting body which connects each of both end portion sides of the support section (51) with a corresponding end portion side of both end portion sides of the first reinforcing section (41), in which the support sections (51) are disposed outside the first reinforcing section (41) in a view of the surface perpendicular direction from the load support surface side.
Resilient yarn and fabric having the same
A resilient yarn, fabric having the resilient yarn, and outdoor products, such as sling furniture, are disclosed. The resilient yarn includes a core made with a thermoplastic elastomer. A sheath at least partially surrounds the core. The sheath includes polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or a blend of PVC and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).
SEATING STRUCTURE HAVING A SUPPORT POCKET
A seating structure including a frame, a suspension member, and a support pad. The frame defines an opening. The suspension member is coupled to the frame and spans over the opening. The suspension member is configured to engage a user and has a three-dimensional topography independent of the frame and relative to a straight reference line that extends between opposing sides of the frame.
CHAIR
A chair seat has a frame having a groove on the outer side wall of the frame and substantially extending around the frame, a cover having a drawstring incorporated in a hem which substantially extends around the cover, the hem and drawstring being disposed in the groove, and at least one edging strip disposed in the groove which constrains the hem and drawstring of the mesh cover and holds it taut.
Body support member with lattice structure
A body support structure includes a structural lattice structure having a first stiffness, and a compressive lattice structure supported by the structural lattice structure and having a second stiffness less than the first stiffness. A skin lattice structure is supported by the compressive lattice structure, wherein the skin lattice structure is resistant to shear deformation in response to a normal force and is expandable in a direction transverse to the normal force.
Adjustable back support for a seating surface
A back support for a chair includes a cover configured to be coupled to opposing sides of a chair frame. A strap is connected to the cover. A sled having a central portion is coupled to the strap, the sled is configured to pivot with respect to the chair frame and provide support to a user's back. The cover is configured to moveably connect to the chair frame between a low position and a high position. The sled is configured to pivot as the cover moves between the low position and the high position so that the central portion of the sled is substantially parallel to at least a portion of a membrane connected to the frame between the low position and the high position.
Furniture, load support member for chair, and chair
Furniture and a chair include a shielding piece (7b5) which is provided in an operation plate (7b2) or a flange (7a5) and closes a gap generated by the operation plate (7b2) and the flange (7a5) when the operation plate (7b2) has an operation posture. In addition, a chair includes a load support member for a chair, the load support member for a chair includes a frame member which includes a pair of rod members (19) and an extension material (22) which is formed in a bag shape and covers the frame member, a support portion (26) is provided on each of inner surfaces facing each other in the pair of rod members (19), and an interior material (21) having a repulsive force with respect to a load in a surface perpendicular direction is bridged between the pair of rod members (19) by being supported by the support portion (26).
