Provided herein are a sidestream smoke removal device and a control method thereof. The sidestream smoke removal device according to some embodiments of the present disclosure includes a housing in which a smoking space is formed, an article insertion portion which is disposed at one end of the housing and forms an opening for insertion of a smoking article into the smoking space, an ignition portion which is configured to ignite the smoking article inserted into the smoking space, a sidestream smoke processing portion which is configured to process sidestream smoke generated from the smoking article inserted into the smoking space, and a cutting portion. The cutting portion may provide a cutting function for the smoking article inserted into the smoking space and thus ensure a convenient, safe extinguishing function.

A container for an organic smoking material includes a housing having a first end and a second end, the housing defining a first chamber and a second chamber, the first chamber adjacent to and separated from the second chamber, the housing defining a first opening providing access to the first chamber at the first end of the housing, and the housing defining a second opening providing access to the second chamber at the first end of the housing, the housing defining a recessed portion that includes a protuberance extending into the recessed portion.

A device and system for packaging, storing, and smoking an organic smoking material, and a method of using same. In one embodiment, the system includes a container that includes a housing defining a chamber, a first compartment within the chamber, the first compartment having a first depth, a second compartment within the chamber adjacent the first compartment, the second compartment having a second depth that is less than the first depth, and a lid configured to provide an airtight seal to at least the second compartment. In one embodiment, the system further includes a smoking device having a bowl portion with a sharpened free edge that can be used to simultaneously cut organic smoking material within the second compartment and load the cut organic smoking material into the bowl portion. The system may also include a loading funnel and a pushing device for inserting organic smoking material into the container.

A device and system for packaging, storing, and smoking an organic smoking material, and a method of using same. In one embodiment, the system includes a container that includes a housing defining a chamber, a first compartment within the chamber, the first compartment having a first depth, a second compartment within the chamber adjacent the first compartment, the second compartment having a second depth that is less than the first depth, and a lid configured to provide an airtight seal to at least the second compartment. This disclosure provides a cigar band comprising two annular-shaped halves, a clasp mechanism, a hinge mechanism, and at least one spring mechanism. The clasp mechanism is along one side edge of each annular-shaped half and is configured to allow for the separation and union of the two halves along the one side edge. The hinge mechanism is along the opposing side edge of each annular-shaped half and is configured to allow for the movement of the two halves about an axis. The cigar band also has at least one spring mechanism attached to at least one annular-shaped half. The cigar band is configured to open about the axis and maintain a cigar within the space defined by the two annular-shaped halves as a result of the pressure of the at least one spring mechanism once the cigar band is closed.

A cap that can be placed on the lit end of a cigar causes the cigar to be extinguished and subsequently securely held. The cigar is extinguished through the use of a metallic cap and/or a metallic insert embedded or otherwise attached to the cap. The cap cradles a cigar through use of a holding mechanism comprised of springs and/or tabs. A magnet attached to the cap allows the cap to be placed on a variety of straight or sloped surfaces and still safely hold a cigar that has been inserted into the cap.

A cap that can be placed on the lit end of a cigar causes the cigar to be extinguished and subsequently securely held. The cigar is extinguished through the use of a metallic cap and/or a metallic insert embedded or otherwise attached to the cap. The cap cradles a cigar through use of a holding mechanism comprised of springs and/or tabs. A magnet attached to the cap allows the cap to be placed on a variety of straight or sloped surfaces and still safely hold a cigar that has been inserted into the cap.

An article holding device for stowing articles while using a golf cart includes a cup, a fastener, and a stowage module. The fastener is engaged to a lip of the cup and can engage an element of a vehicle, such as a tube of a frame of a golf cart, to removably engage the cup to the vehicle. The stowage module is engaged to the lip and can removably engage at least one of a rolled tobacco product, a golf tee, a golf ball, a matchbook, and a lighter. The stowage module is used to stow the at least one of a rolled tobacco product, a golf tee, a golf ball, a matchbook, and a lighter. The cup can be selectively utilized to ash the rolled tobacco product and to stow articles of a user.

An article holding device for stowing articles while using a golf cart includes a cup, a fastener, and a stowage module. The fastener is engaged to a lip of the cup and can engage an element of a vehicle, such as a tube of a frame of a golf cart, to removably engage the cup to the vehicle. The stowage module is engaged to the lip and can removably engage at least one of a rolled tobacco product, a golf tee, a golf ball, a matchbook, and a lighter. The stowage module is used to stow the at least one of a rolled tobacco product, a golf tee, a golf ball, a matchbook, and a lighter. The cup can be selectively utilized to ash the rolled tobacco product and to stow articles of a user.

A bottle smoking device conversion kit is provided. The bottle smoking device conversion kit includes a body having a protrusion extending from an upper side thereof. A recess is disposed in a lower side of the body, wherein the recess is dimensioned to secure a smokable item therein. The protrusion removably secures within an annular mouthpiece. A channel extends through the body and the protrusion. A blade is disposed on a distal end of the protrusion, wherein the blade is disposed about the channel.
