LOADER FUNNEL
The present invention advantageously provides a device and system for packaging, storing, and smoking an organic smoking material, and a method of using same. In one exemplary embodiment, the system includes a loading device configured to receive organic smoking material and facilitate the depositing of the smoking material into a container. The container includes a first end defining an opening sized to receive the organic smoking material, an opposite second end, and a lateral surface extending therebetween. The loading device comprises a loading funnel sized and configured to engage at least a portion of the opening of the container and a first arm extending from the loading funnel and configured to be adjacent to the lateral surface when the loading funnel engages the opening. The first arm includes a proximal end connected to the loading funnel and an opposite distal end. Additionally, the first arm includes a first surface and an outer second surface. Further, the loading device includes a second arm which extends from the first arm and is configured to releasably engage the second end of the container when the first arm is adjacent to the lateral surface. The second arm further includes a proximal end connected to the distal end of the first arm and an opposite distal end. The second arm may also include a first surface and an outer second surface.

Clandestine Smoking Apparatus
A clandestine smoking apparatus for concealing a smoking device includes a body member having an open inhaler end allowing access an interior area and having an igniter end that is closed. A ventilation assembly defines a plurality of vent holes and includes an inner portion positioned immediately adjacent an inner surface of an outer portion and defines a plurality of damper holes. The inner portion is slidably movable to selectively align or cover respective vent holes and damper holes. An igniter member is coupled to the body member and movable between deployed and stowed configurations proximate or displaced from the igniter end, respectively, the igniter member having a plurality of ignition elements operable to light the smoking device when the igniter member is energized. A battery is coupled to the body member and electrically connected to the igniter member and operable to energize the igniter member when actuated.

Portable cap configured to cradle and extinguish lit cigars
A cap that can be placed on the lit end of a cigar causes the cigar to be extinguished and subsequently securely held. The cigar is extinguished through the use of a metallic cap and/or a metallic insert embedded or otherwise attached to the cap. The cap cradles a cigar through use of a holding mechanism comprised of springs and/or tabs. A magnet attached to the cap allows the cap to be placed on a variety of straight or sloped surfaces and still safely hold a cigar that has been inserted into the cap.

Tobacco Smoke Channeling Apparatus
A disclosed system for channeling tobacco smoke from a user comprises an inner tube received into an outer tube to channel tobacco smoke from a cigarette. The inner tube comprises a seal between an overlap end of the inner tube and an overlap end of the outer tube. A mouthpiece receives the cigarette and a one-way valve defines at least one hole for an opposing air flow against an inner diaphragm based on a depression by the user's mouth on the cigarette and on the mouthpiece. The system additionally includes a pneumatic pump comprising the inner tube, the outer tube, the seal and a pump interface attached to a portion of the outer tube. The pump interface includes a connector to further channel the tobacco smoke. The system furthermore comprises a chamber including the mouthpiece and a segment of the inner tube, the chamber configured to completely enclose the cigarette.
