The cushion assembly includes a second groove. The elastic assembly is located between the support member and the cushion assembly and includes an elastic member, and first and second members. The elastic member includes first and second portions. The first portion is engaged into the first groove, and the second portion is engaged into the second groove. The first member includes a first end disposed in the first portion and a second end connected to the first groove. A bench and frame component for holding individual planks to be used in a sitting bench where fastening an individual plank to the frame can be avoided. The frame is configured to allow a plank to be received in a holding pocket defined by an upper pocket piece and a lower pocket piece. The upper pocket piece may be connected to and removed from the lower pocket piece. The lower pocket piece may include a series of pocket segments and when connected with the upper pocket piece form a series of two-piece holding pockets for receiving a plurality of planks. The frame component is combined with other components and planks to form a bench. The bench may comprise individual bench sections that connect with similar modular sections to form a sectional bench.
STOOLS, CHAIRS, AND METHODS USING THE SAME
An apparatus that supports a user in a variety of positions to comfortably perform tasks, such as applying one or more tattoos to skin of a subject is herein disclosed. The apparatus can be reconfigured to optimally position and support the arms and/or chest of the user. A method for using a stool can involve rotating armrests of the apparatus from a stowed position to a deployed position. The armrests can support the user's forearms while supporting the user's chest such that the user can comfortably perform tasks in front of a chest support of the stool.
Systems and Methods for Providing Ergonomic Exercise Chairs
A chair for providing seating support to a user and for providing ways for the user to perform exercises. The chair includes a back support that is flexible such that when a force is applied to it by the user's body, the back support bends. The back support may be configured to adapt to the curvature of the user's spine when the user is seated in the chair. The back support may further be configured such that the user can rotate the back support by rotating the user's upper body.
