The one or more movable rigid wedge(s) configured to transfer mechanical support to the backrest plate from a surface on which support plate is positioned when the rigid wedge is fixed in a desired position by the wedge-stopping means.

An exercise system includes a base module having a seat with a seat depth, and a vertically adjustable back configured to fixedly engage with the base module at a first seat depth and a second seat depth different from the first seat depth.

A modular sofa assembly described herein includes a plurality of seating modules each having a seat section, a backrest section, and side edge surfaces. The backrest section includes first and second portions coupled for movement between a folded configuration and an extended configuration. An armrest module has an armrest side edge surface configured for mating engagement with a side edge surface of a seating module. The modular sofa is assembled by aligning connectors of the seating modules and armrest module, with each respective connectors slidingly engaged along an axis. After bringing the modules together, these connections are secured with the side edge surfaces in abutting engagement. The modular sofa further may include a power cradle mounted at the sofa's bottom surface. The power cradle includes a cubic power outlet near the front of the sofa, and power cable extending beyond the back of the sofa.

A locker includes a pair of spaced-apart upstanding sidewalls having a pair of front edges. A generally horizontal seat extends between and at least partially forward of the front edges of the sidewalls. A lower seatback is connected at a lower extent by a hinge between the sidewalls and extending above the seat, the lower seatback is movable about the hinge between an open position and a closed position. An upper seatback is connected at an upper extent by a hinge between the sidewalls and above the lower seatback, the upper seatback being movable about the hinge between an open and a closed position.

A folding chair includes front and rear supports that fold and/or retract into central beams to reduce the space occupied by the chair in a folded configuration. A backrest is coupled to the central beams with a hub that allows an angle of the backrest relative to the central beams to be selected and for the backrest to be folded flat relative to the central beams. Various implementations include a seat assembly having one or more track brackets, one or more slide brackets, and a seat bottom. A track face of each of the track brackets defines one or more tracks. A first end of each of the tracks is closer than a second end of the respective track to a fore edge and a bottom edge of the track bracket. The slide brackets include one or more pins slidably engaging one of the tracks. The slide brackets are slidable between a first slide position and a second slide position. At least one of the pins is located adjacent the first end of the track in the first slide position and one of the pins is located adjacent the second end of the track in the second slide position. The seat bottom is coupled to the slide brackets.

A crosswise-folding rocking chair having a chair frame and a chair cloth, wherein the chair frame includes two back tubes, two turnover bases, two armrest tubes, four armrest limit sleeves, four bushings, four step rivets, and two base frames, Each base frame is formed by a bent steel tube having a necked end, and the necked end is inserted into a non-necked end to form a closed polygonal frame. The two base frames are riveted together in an X shape, and the polygonal frames have lower arc segments and upper joint segments.

The collapsible chair is foldable and collapsible in a variety of different configurations. The collapsible chair includes a seat frame having a rear bar and a pair of side bars. A seat is mounted on the seat frame, the seat having a rear edge pivotally attached to the rear bar of the seat frame and a front edge slidably and pivotally attached to the pair of side bars of the seat frame. Front and rear portions of the seat are selectively foldable with respect to one another and with respect to the seat frame. The chair has a plurality of legs, an upper end of each leg being pivotally attached to the seat frame and selectively foldable against the seat frame. The chair has a back rest having opposed upper and lower ends, the lower end being pivotally attached to the rear bar of the seat frame.
