RADIATION IMAGING APPARATUS, RADIATION IMAGING SYSTEM, METHOD OF CONTROLLING RADIATION IMAGING APPARATUS, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A plurality of conversion elements is arranged in a two-dimensional matrix and each configured to convert radiation into an electric signal. A plurality of switch elements is configured to turn on/off reading-out of a signal from a conversion element. A signal line extends in a column direction and is configured to be used for reading a signal from a conversion element. A drive line extends in a row direction and is connected to a switch element. A drive circuit is configured to supply a signal for turning-on/off a switch element. The drive line is shared between adjacent rows. The drive circuit switches a scanning direction between a case where signals from the plurality of conversion elements are read out individually and a case where signals from two or more conversion elements of the plurality of conversion elements are added and read out.
Apparatus for measuring photon information and photon measurement device
An apparatus for measuring photon information and a photon measurement device are disclosed. The apparatus comprises a signal conversion module for converting an initial signal outputted by the photoelectric sensor into a converted signal in a voltage form, an integral comparison module for integrating a difference between the initial signal and a feedback signal from the negative feedback module and generating a comparison signal based on a magnitude relationship between a reference level and a combination result of an integral signal and the converted signal, wherein the integral signal is a signal for representing an integral of the difference between the initial signal and the feedback signal, a transmission control module for controlling the comparison signal to be transmit based on a clock signal to output a digital signal, a negative feedback module for converting the digital signal into the feedback signal and feeding the feedback signal back to the integral comparison module, and a measurement module for determining, based on the comparison signal and/or the digital signal, an arrival time of a high-energy photon detected by the photoelectric sensor. The apparatus and the device require few circuit components, and can realize high-precision time measurement.

Systems and methods for securely monitoring a shipping container for an environmental anomaly
Systems and methods are described for securely monitoring a shipping container for an environmental anomaly using elements of a wireless node network of sensor-based ID nodes disposed within the container and a command node associated with the container. The method has the command node identifying which of the ID nodes are confirmed as trusted sensors based upon a security credential specific to each of the ID nodes; monitoring only the confirmed ID nodes for sensor data broadcast those ID nodes; detecting the anomaly based upon the sensor data from at least one of the confirmed ID nodes; automatically generating an alert notification related to the detected environmental anomaly for the shipping container; and transmitting the alert notification to the external transceiver to initiate a mediation response related to the detected environmental anomaly.

PHOTON COUNTING CIRCUIT, RADIOGRAPHIC IMAGING APPARATUS, AND THRESHOLD SETTING METHOD
A photon counting circuit, a radiographic imaging apparatus, and a threshold setting method are provided, in which the photon counting circuit is capable of sufficiently reducing a difference between a target threshold value and a threshold value set for a pixel even if each pixel of a photon counting detector is divided into a plurality of subpixels. In the photon counting circuit for counting, for each pixel, electrical charges generated depending on photon energy of radiation applied to an object, a pixel is divided into a plurality of subpixels. When N is a natural number, a threshold value of each of the subpixels is selected from among top N discrete values of a plurality of discrete values arranged in order of proximity to a target threshold value corresponding to the photon energy so as to minimize a difference between the target threshold value and an average of the threshold values of the respective subpixels included in the pixel.
