An apparatus includes a venue seat, a liner, and a cover. The venue seat has an outward appearance that is viewable by an observer. The liner has a liner surface on which a liner image is formed on the liner surface. The liner is positioned on the venue seat with the liner image facing outwardly. The liner image changes the outward appearance of the venue seat once the liner is positioned on the venue seat with the liner image facing outwardly. The cover is fixedly positioned on, and covering, the liner image of the liner. The cover protects the liner image of the liner once the cover is positioned on the liner image.

Chair assemblies (e.g., powered recliner chairs, rocker style chairs, fixed position chairs, chairs with pivoting seats, recliner chairs, a sub-combination thereof, or a combination thereof), tables and trays are provided. More particularly, chair assemblies (e.g., powered recliner chairs, rocker style chairs, fixed position chairs, chairs with pivoting seats, recliner chairs, a sub-combination thereof, or a combination thereof), tables and trays, modular components for use within the chair, table, and tray assemblies, and parts for use within the modular components are provided.

A table includes a table top made of plastic material, at least one receiving device, and a supporter. The table top has a flat table surface and a bottom surface. The receiving device has a receiving cavity. The supporter is for supporting the table top and keeping the table surface of the table top in a horizontal condition. The supporter is arranged at the bottom surface of the table top. The receiving device is arranged on the supporter.

A horseshoe shaped personal flotation device is buoyant and can be used in a number or positions to float a person on the water and retain a beverage. The horseshoe shaped flotation device has a left and right armrest that extend out from an arced shaped closed end and dual cup holder, on the extended end of the armrest, has an cup cylinder to retain a beverage in the vertical orientation and an end cup holder to retain a beverage in an orthogonal orientation to the cup cylinder. The flotation device can be used in an underarm-floating configuration and a beverage can be retained in the cup cylinder, or used in a saddle, hammock or back floating configuration with a beverage retained in the end cup holder. The flotation device can be extended to spread the left and right armrest apart for some flotation methods.

A lounge chair includes a frame including an upper body section, and a lower body section, a support section and support material. The upper body section is operatively coupled to the lower body section to pivot between a plurality of angular positions. The upper body section includes an aperture extending through the support material to receive the face of an individual when lying in a supine position. The lower body section is operatively coupled to the support section with an anterior tilt. The lounge chair includes armrests which pivot incrementally between a plurality of angular positions in a direction transverse, parallel or both transverse and parallel to a plane of a side member of the lower body section.

A method and apparatus include attaching a lighted cup holder to a seating arrangement. The lighted cup holder includes a cup holder body and a light-producing light source, with the cup holder body being attached to the seating arrangement and having a cup receptacle therein, the light-producing source being disposed within the cup receptacle for illuminating the receptacle. A light-sensitive element operatively connected to the light source selectively controls production of light by the light source in such a manner that illumination of the cup holder is provided only under conditions where visibility is reduced to the point that it becomes difficult to locate the cup holder. The light-sensitive element is mounted on a master lighted cup holder and controls illumination of the master lighted cup holder and one or more slave lighted cup holders operatively connected to the master lighted cup holder.

A collapsible multiple purpose apparatus having a mounting framework defined by rear wall having a top edge, an opposing bottom edge, a first side edge and an opposing second side edge. The first and second side edges extend between the top edge and the bottom edge. The real wall has an inner surface and an outer surface. A first and second attachment member are located proximate the top edge and the first side edge and extend from the outer surface while being adapted to be secured over the back of a chair. A bottom support extends from the inner surface of the rear wall proximate the bottom edge and has a storage slot for receiving an item therein. A tray is pivotably securable to the bottom support for pivoting movement between a substantially perpendicular deployment relative to the inner surface of the mounting framework and a stored deployment adjacent to the inner surface. A first and second container stabilizer where each has a container stabilizer top edge, an opposing container stabilizer bottom edge, a container stabilizer first side edge and an opposing container stabilizer second side edge. The container stabilizer first side edge being pivotably securable to the first side edge of the rear wall for pivoting movement between a substantially side-by-side deployment relative to the first side edge of the rear wall and a stored deployment adjacent to the inner surface. A first and second container shelf being pivotably securable to the first and second container stabilizer bottom edge for pivoting movement between a substantially perpendicular deployment relative to the first and second container stabilizer and a stored deployment adjacent to the first and second container stabilizer. The first and second container shelves having a substantially circular container receiving opening.

A kit of components is provided for manufacturing a plurality of furniture members. The kit may include first and second armrest frames, a mounting cradle, a remote control device, an adaptor insert, and a control panel. The first armrest frame may include a first armrest panel having a first opening formed therein. The mounting cradle may include a first housing received through the first opening and engaging the first armrest panel. The remote control device may be removably received in the mounting cradle. The second armrest frame may include a second armrest panel having a second opening formed therein. The second opening may be identical to the first opening. The adaptor insert may be partially received through the second opening and may engage the second armrest panel. The adaptor insert may include a third opening. The control panel may include a second housing received through the third opening and engaging the adaptor insert.

A buoyant pool lounge chair frame and buoyant pool lounge chair using the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the buoyant pool lounge chair for supporting a person while the buoyant pool chair is floating in water, frame members collectively form an open chair frame including a back frame and leg frame pivotally coupled thereto. Buoyant cushions are attached to the frame members to form a chair seat, a backrest, and a leg rest. A pair of rear pivotal coupling and clutch assemblies are coupled to the seat frame and to the back frame to adjust and fix the angle of recline of the back frame relative to the seat frame. Similarly, a pair of front pivotal coupling and clutch assemblies coupled to the leg frame and to the back frame to adjust and fix the angle of extension of the leg frame relative to the seat frame.

A concession tray and container holder removably securable to a pre-existing container holder and which is connected to the container holder such that the tray and container holder can swivel or otherwise be movable about the connection of the tray to the seat. The connection comprises a customizable insert which can be of different heights such that the same tray can be connected to various different pre-existing container holders such as those of different seating configurations. The connecting insert is a generally cylindrical connecting portion having a first end configured for connection to the tray and a second end for inserting into the pre-existing container holder.
