A mountable holder assembly including a combination holder that is a beverage container holder, a mobile device holder and a holder for a bag strap. The mountable holder assembly is mountable to a wall or other substantially vertical surface. The mountable holder assembly is a base portion having integrally formed vertical walls which provide perimeters for the beverage container holder, the mobile device holder and also includes an extension or arm section for holding a bag via its strap. The base portion is configured for holding the beverage container in a substantially vertical position. A mounting frame includes an area for mounting a display near or with the combination holder, where the display is an advertisement, informational material or a mirror.

A packaging-optimized detachable sofa includes a backrest support, two armrest frames, a seat cushion frame, a footrest, and a folding mechanism, where the folding mechanism includes two link assemblies; the two link assemblies are respectively detachably provided at inner sides of the two armrest frames; the seat cushion frame is detachably provided at middle inner sides of the two link assemblies; the two link assemblies each include one end detachably connected to a bottom end of the backrest support and the other end detachably connected to the footrest; the armrest frames are respectively covered by armrest skins; when the packaging-optimized detachable sofa is in a storage state, each component is disassembled from the folding mechanism; and the folding mechanism each are placed in accommodating spaces covered by the armrest skins at sides of the armrest frames.

This is directed to a smart ergonomic chair and mobility system. The system can be used as a working station, a working chair, a mobility device, a personal care device, or a combination thereof. The system is designed to provide ergonomic seating posture for a person who is seated on the chair. The system is also designed to reduce body stress by providing automatic movements of parts of the chair at predefined time points.

First and second U-shaped cross-members each have legs connected by cross bars and pivotally connected with each other at central portions thereof, and are mutually movable from a generally X-shaped setup condition in which the cross bars are transversely spaced apart, to a generally flat collapsed condition. Right and left frame side assemblies respectively are pivotally connected to the first and second cross-members at terminal ends of their respective front and rear portions and by at least one lost motion linkage.

According to some embodiments, a beverage heating and cooling assembly is provided which includes a collar and beverage retainer assembly for connection to retain the assembly below a mounting substrate. The beverage retainer assembly may include a housing with an active heating or cooling system, such as a thermoelectric engine, which is positioned within or adjacent to the housing and beneath the mounting substrate or similar planar structure. The assembly allows for a clean installation of an active thermal system for beverages in order to keep the beverages cold or warm as desired.

In one embodiment of the invention, a food and drink holder configured to be removably mounted to a cup holder attached to seats or an arm rest is provided that includes a drink receptacle. The drink receptacle includes a generally cylindrical sidewall having a central axis, and the sidewall is configured to be removably mounted in an opening in the cup holder. A method and apparatus include attaching a lighted cup holder to a seating arrangement. The lighted cup holder includes a cup holder body and a light-producing light source, with the cup holder body being attached to the seating arrangement and having a cup receptacle therein, the light-producing source being disposed within the cup receptacle for illuminating the receptacle. A light-sensitive element operatively connected to the light source selectively controls production of light by the light source in such a manner that illumination of the cup holder is provided only under conditions where visibility is reduced to the point that it becomes difficult to locate the cup holder. The light-sensitive element is mounted on a master lighted cup holder and controls illumination of the master lighted cup holder and one or more slave lighted cup holders operatively connected to the master lighted cup holder.
