PIVOTALLY MOUNTED CUPHOLDER ASSEMBLY FOR A POWERED CHAIR OR OTHER FURNITURE PIECE
A new and improved cupholder assembly, to be mounted within a powered furniture piece which is capable of being moved from an upright position to an inclined position, comprises a cupholder housing, a cupholder pivotally attached to the cupholder housing, and a counterweight fixedly attached to the cupholder. When the furniture piece is moved to the inclined position, the counterweight will maintain the cupholder at a vertical orientation such that a beverage, contained within a beverage cup which is disposed within the cupholder, will not be spilled.
Foldable Glider Chair
A foldable glider chair has a base and gliding seat frame pivotally connected to the base to allow relative movement of the gliding seat member relative to the base in a reciprocating fashion in a direction parallel to the length edges of the seat. The base and gliding seat frame are foldable in tandem.

The disclosed invention pertains to apparatuses for supporting a food item. The apparatuses include a sleeve operable to slide over an armrest of a seat, wherein the sleeve is collapsible when not in use, and a support portion extending from the sleeve and being operable to receive and support the food item. The disclosed invention also pertains to blank precursors for forming the disclosed apparatuses for supporting a food item.

A folding chair having a frame constructed to allow a generally planar seat part and a generally planar back part to fold from a working position in which they are generally at right angles to each other to a stored position in which the seat part and the back part are generally parallel, the folding chair having arms, and arm extensions attached to the chair arms, the chair extensions being constructed to support a tray between them at a tray position at least substantially forward of the chair arms, the arm extensions being moveable to a position at which they do not extend substantially beyond the chair arms.

Some embodiments of the present disclosure include a multi-purpose water chair for partially submerging a user in a body of water. The water chair may include a frame formed of tubing, the frame configured to engage with a wall in the body of water; a seat supported by the frame; a backrest supported by the frame; at least one cylindrical foam pad encircling portions of the frame, such that the water chair can be used as a flotation device and the user is not completely submerged in the body of water; an umbrella attached to the frame of the chair, the umbrella configured to extend upwards from the frame to shade a user; a mister attached to the frame, the mister having a spray nozzle and a tubing extending from the spray nozzle to the body of water; and a floatable and rotatable tray attached to the frame.

According to some embodiments, a beverage heating and cooling assembly is provided which includes a collar and beverage retainer assembly for connection to retain the assembly below a mounting substrate. The beverage retainer assembly may include a housing with an active heating or cooling system, such as a thermoelectric engine, which is positioned within or adjacent to the housing and beneath the mounting substrate or similar planar structure. The assembly allows for a clean installation of an active thermal system for beverages in order to keep the beverages cold or warm as desired.

A concealable storage compartment assembly for use within a chair or console comprises a storage compartment assembly having a storage compartment mounted therein, a cover mounted upon the storage compartment assembly and movable between closed and open positions, a panel assembly movably mounted within a component of the chair, or within the console, so as to be movable between closed and open positions, and a linkage assembly operatively connecting the panel assembly to the cover such that when the panel assembly is moved between the closed and open positions, the cover is likewise moved between closed and open positions so as to cover and conceal the storage compartment or uncover and expose the storage compartment.
