A support structure including an umbrella having an extension pole, and a base capable of being positioned on a bottom surface of a pool wherein the base has a through-hole. An umbrella base connector is seated within the through-hole. An articulating mechanism is adjustably coupled to the at least one extension pole of the umbrella and to the umbrella base connector, a first connector has a top end attached to the extension pole of the umbrella, and further has a first adjustable portion opposed from the top end. A second connector has a bottom end attached to the umbrella base connector, and further has a second adjustable portion opposed from the bottom end. The first adjustable portion is rotatably affixed to the second adjustable portion such that the umbrella and the extension pole of the umbrella are articulated relative to a stationary position of the base.

A collapsible cart with adjustable seat designed for folding, portable transport, sitting, or reclining purposes. The said cart features a U-shaped removable U shape axle with wheels attached. The cart accommodates a removable basket, and the cart includes an upright or reclining adjustable seat. The cart is transportable for use in camping, hunting and other outdoors activities.

An adjustable chair frame with a back and seating surfaces that flex to conform to the shape, weight and movement of an occupant is disclosed. The chair form and proportions provide for a recumbent position that disperses the weight of the occupant more evenly, thereby reducing external and internal physiological point loading. Thus, the opposite facing nature of the fins also facilitates holding the brackets in place. In an additional embodiment because the curved fins are opposite of one another and the two components are identical in manufacture, thus when assembled, this fabrication produces a universal attachment method.

A portable sunshade configured for removable connection to a chair backrest has first, second and third sections removably connected to one another. The first section having a pair of first frame tubes, a pair of first cross tubes, a pair of second cross tubes, and joint connecting the first and second pairs of cross tubes to the frame. An adjustable height, covered, foldable, configurable modifiable seat with a seat frame (comprising a bottom frame, a back frame, and an upper frame) and at least one frame opening defined by the contours of at least a portion of the seat frame. A bleacher hook is disposed on the seat frame. Lower hinges connect the bottom frame to the back frame and upper hinges connect the back frame to the upper frame. The lower and upper hinges can be locked to provide the frame with stability. A first support member is connected to the lower hinges and a second support member is connected to the upper hinges. A fabric is disposed over at least a portion of said seat frame and at least one frame opening. The modifiable seat is used by a user in a first, second, third, or fourth configuration.

A device for mounting an umbrella to a seat; the device includes a seat-sleeve, an umbrella-sleeve, a first-cantilever, and a second-cantilever. The seat-sleeve has a tubular sidewall and a cylindrical cavity within the sidewall. The sidewall of the seat-sleeve is constructed to allow a support of a seat, particularly a boat-seat, to pass through the seat-sleeve, in such a way that the support can slide and rotate freely within the seat-sleeve. Likewise, the umbrella-sleeve also has a tubular sidewall and a cylindrical cavity within the sidewall. The sidewall of the umbrella-sleeve is constructed to allow the shaft of an umbrella to pass through it in such a way that the shaft can slide and rotate freely within the umbrella-sleeve. The first-cantilever and the second-cantilever each are attached to both the seat-sleeve and the umbrella-sleeve, enabling the device to mount the umbrella to the boat-seat.
