Embodiments of the present inventive concept provide a chair and tabletop assembly including a foldable frame wherein the foldable frame includes an upper component including a tabletop panel wherein the upper component and the tabletop panel are adapted to facilitate the chair and tabletop assembly to exhibit one of a chair configuration, or a combined chair and table or desk configuration.

The autonomous domestic appliance (1) has a communication unit (7) for establishing a communication link with a remotely arranged service unit (2) and, in addition to its actual domestic activity, is designed to detect the need of help of a person as a function of the environmental properties.

The present invention relates to an adjustable stadium seat table. The adjustable table comprises a tray, a trey bracket, riser assembly, a horizontal assembly, a seat bracket and a 90 degree angle bracket. The horizontal assembly comprises an outer tube and an inner tube. The seat bracket is configured to hold the outer tube of the horizontal assembly underneath a seat. The tray of the adjustable table includes a slot and an opening. The slot on the tray accommodates a cell phone and the opening holds a cup comprising a drink. The tray is engaged to the inner tube tray via the tray bracket, wherein the tray bracket is bonded to the tray underneath. Further, the tray bracket enables the tray to rotate at 90. The tray and the riser assembly are stored under the seat and is retrieved by arena personnel once the event is over.

In one embodiment of the invention, a food and drink holder configured to be removably mounted to a cup holder attached to seats or an arm rest is provided that includes a drink receptacle. The drink receptacle includes a generally cylindrical sidewall having a central axis, and the sidewall is configured to be removably mounted in an opening in the cup holder. The food and drink holder also includes a food receptacle having a pair of sidewalls, a front wall, an end wall, a bottom wall, and a top end.

The reclinable back seat is pivotally connected to one of the opposing side supports and an adjustable foot support is pivotally attached to the seat.
