The central monitor frame element may include a left and a right central hinge member selectively, translatably, lockably, and telescopically coupled to the central monitor frame element. The monitor frame elements include screen support bracket frame elements selectively, translatably, and lockably coupled to the two substantially parallel sections and include electronic display brackets thereto to enable adjustment and support for multiple electronic displays relative to the modular gaming chair frame assembly.

Surgical robotic systems including a user console for controlling a robotic arm or a surgical robotic tool are described. The user console includes components designed to automatically adapt to anthropometric characteristics of a user. A processor of the surgical robotic system is configured to receive anthropometric inputs corresponding to the anthropometric characteristics and to generate an initial console configuration of the user console based on the inputs using a machine learning model. Actuators automatically adjust a seat, a display, or one or more pedals of the user console to the initial console configuration. The initial console configuration establishes a comfortable relative position between the user and the console components. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

User input devices (UIDs) for controlling a surgical robotic system are described. A UID can include one or more tracking sensors to generate respective spatial state signals in accordance with a pose of the UID. At least one of the tracking sensors can be a camera. In the case of multiple tracking sensors, the spatial state signals are processed by a sensor fusion algorithm to generate a more robust, single tracking signal and a quality measure. The tracking signal and the quality measure are then used by a digital control system to control motion of a surgical robotic system actuator that is associated with the UID.
