COLOR-CHANGEABLE LIGHTING SYSTEM FOR FURNITURE
The present invention relates to a color-changing lighting system for use in connection with lounger or reclined chairs commonly used to furnish home offices, libraries, family rooms, living rooms, dens, and the like, wherein the lighting system is operatively connected to different sections of the chair for selectively changing the color of the emitted light as desired in order to provide the particular room, within which the furniture is located, with a selectively desirable ambiance or environment. The system comprises a plurality of RGB LEDs located at strategic locations upon the chair, a control box, and a mobile or remote controller for communicating with the control box in order to selectively command the control box to issue voltage signals to the various RGB LEDs so as to achieve desired resulting colors.
Wheel cleaning chair
A wheel cleaning chair is disclosed which, in general, includes a chair seat, a chair base, and a column. The column connects the chair seat and the chair base. The chair base includes two or more wheel assemblies. Each wheel assembly includes a wheel casing and a wheel. The wheel assemblies also include a wheel cleaner proximate each wheel.
LIGHTED GAMING FURNITURE SYSTEM, LIGHTED GAMING CHAIR AND LIGHTED GAMING DESK
A lighted gaming furniture system including a piece of furniture, at least one light, a power source, a sensor, a controller and a gaming system. The gaming system operably linked to the controller. The at least one light is attached to the piece of furniture. The sensor is capable of receiving sound emitted by the gaming system. The controller is operably attaching the power source, the sensor and the at least one light to control illumination of the at least one light.
SEAT OCCUPANCY INDICATOR DEVICE AND METHOD
A seat occupancy indicator device and method; the seat occupancy indicator device includes a housing made of a rigid material (the housing has a housing-exterior and a housing-interior-volume); a plurality of indicator lights, the plurality of indicator lights disposed on the housing-exterior, the plurality of indicator lights viewable from a location outside of the housing; a control-circuit, the control-circuit located within the housing-interior-volume, the control-circuit communicatively coupled to the plurality of indicator lights. The seat occupancy indicator is useful for indicating occupancy of a seat.
Recreational Canopy With Pedal Driven Generator
Method and apparatus for an improved recreational canopy which may be used with watercraft wherein the canopy is constructed by using a pair of flexible, resilient rod-like members wherein one end of each of the flexible rods is inserted through mating apertures in an upright support member mounted onto the watercraft, or other structure, so that the rods are bowed outwardly and frictionally held in the stanchion. A canopy, which may incorporate solar cell fabric, is attached between the rods so that the canopy generally appears to be in an elongated V-shaped structure which stretches across a portion of the supporting structure, such as a watercraft, between the flexible rods. The upper end of the upright support member may be pivotable and the rod-like members may be disposed in a cap removably disposed on the upper end of the upright support member. A lighting system including an alternative power source being provided on the canopy. Also, a user driven pedal system for providing propulsion to a kayak watercraft is shown which includes a generator driven by the pedal system for providing additional electrical energy for use on the watercraft and for propelling a kayak by either a propeller or flappers.
Multi layered modular support system for lounge and other applications
A lounge having a matrix mat and a plurality of modules capable of being inserted into the matrix mat. The lounge may include a frame configured as a rigid frame, a modular frame, and combinations thereof. The modular frame may further include a tri-cable suspension. The tri-cable suspension may be attached to a dilator retractor mechanism. The modules may be a mushroom cap module, a spider spring module, a web module, a lighting module, an electronics module, and combinations thereof.
LIGHTED CUP HOLDER FOR SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
A method and apparatus include attaching a lighted cup holder to a seating arrangement. The lighted cup holder includes a cup holder body and a light-producing light source, with the cup holder body being attached to the seating arrangement and having a cup receptacle therein, the light-producing source being disposed within the cup receptacle for illuminating the receptacle. A light-sensitive element operatively connected to the light source selectively controls production of light by the light source in such a manner that illumination of the cup holder is provided only under conditions where visibility is reduced to the point that it becomes difficult to locate the cup holder. The light-sensitive element is mounted on a master lighted cup holder and controls illumination of the master lighted cup holder and one or more slave lighted cup holders operatively connected to the master lighted cup holder.
Theater Seating
Theater seating systems, theater lounge seats, theater seats, and theater seating arrangements are described herein. An example embodiment of a theater seating system comprises a separating panel and a theater seat. The separating panel has a first end, a second end, a first section, a second section, a third section, and a fourth section. The first section, the second section, the third section, and the fourth section cooperatively define a chamber within which the theater seat is disposed. The first end is separated from the second end to define an opening that provides access to the chamber defined by the separating panel.
Detection of the occupation of a hair salon chair by a person
A chair (1) having at least one sensor (2) for the qualitative and/or quantitative acquisition of a physical parameter indicating the occupation of the chair (1) by a person. Two methods are provided for assessing a state of occupation of a chair (1).
