The seat cushion pad (20) comprises a pad body (100), and a cover member (200) disposed on an upper surface of the pad body (100) to form the air flow passage (21) between the pad body (100) and the cover member (200). The cover member (200) comprises a first cover member (210) disposed on the upper surface of the pad body (100), and a second cover member (220) disposed on an upper surface of the first cover member (210). The first cover member (210) is fixed to the pad body (100), and the second cover member (220) is fixed to the first cover member (210) and to the pad body (100).
Seat with a cylindrical ventilation fan
A ventilated seat having a jounce zone, including a seat jounce zone and a back jounce zone, configured to deform when the ventilated seat and an occupant are subjected to a dynamic force includes a frame, a seat portion, a back portion, and a cylindrical blower. The seat portion is connected to the frame and has a porous seat cover portion and the seat jounce zone. The back portion is connected to the frame and has a porous back cover portion and the back jounce zone. The cylindrical blower is attached to the frame, is disposed at least partially outside of the jounce zone, and is operatively connected to one of the porous seat cover portion and the porous back cover portion such that air flows through the respective porous cover portion to provide ventilation to the ventilated seat.
EFFECT CONTROL SYSTEM OF SCREENING FACILITY CHAIR AND METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to an effect control system of a screening facility chair and a method thereof, and the effect control system includes an input device for transmitting chair angle control information or effect control information input from a user to a management server; the management server for transmitting the chair angle control information or the effect control information to a corresponding motion chair; and the motion chair for adjusting a slope according to the chair angle control information or providing an effect synchronized with an image according to the effect control information.
SEATING SYSTEM HAVING PRESSURE COMPENSATING FLUID WITH THERMAL CONDUCTION PROPERTIES
A seating system, particularly suited for personal mobility vehicles, such as wheelchairs, includes a seat cushion having pressure relieving properties and enhanced thermal conduction properties. The seat cushion includes a thixotropic fluid contained within a flexible envelope. The thixotropic fluid includes nanoparticles that enhance the thermal conduction properties of the seat cushion to increase heat transfer from a seated user to provide a reduced temperature sensory effect.
Portable Beach Chair
A portable beach chair for cooling a person while relaxing or basking in a warm environment is provided. The portable beach chair comprises a chair having a body support portion and a back support portion with the back support portion hingedly connected to the body support portion and releasably securable in a desired angular position. A water reservoir secured to the back support portion holds a predetermined amount of water. A showerhead is fluidly connected to the water reservoir with the showerhead positioned above the back support portion and directing a water flow from the water reservoir in a general direction toward both the body support portion and the back support portion. Upon introducing water through the showerhead from the water reservoir, the water flow through the showerhead cools the person thereby eliminating any need for the person to access a hose or go into a waterbody to cool off.
CONVEYANCE SEAT
Provided is a conveyance seat in which a duct connected to a fan can be compactly disposed, and the fan is provided in a pan-frame-type seat cushion. The vehicle seat includes a seat cushion (S2) and a blower (48) provided in the seat cushion (S2). The seat cushion (S2) is provided with a plate-shaped pan frame (42). The blower (48) is provided below the pan frame (42), a duct (49) is connected to the blower (48), and an opening (42a) through which the duct (49) extends is formed in the pan frame (42).
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat capable of efficiently utilizing air delivered from an air conditioning device and thereby adjusting the temperature of heat generated by a seat heater is described. A vehicle seat comprises a seat heater between a cushion pad and a surface skin. A heater wire affixed to a seat base material of the seat heater is disposed at a position to partially overlap air passages formed on the cushion pad. Moreover, the heater wire is formed on the seat base material, is disposed at a position to partially overlap a plurality of through-holes having a greater width than the heater wire, and extends while avoiding center portions of the through-holes.
Heated and recreational chairs
A double heated recreational chair includes a pair of chair frames and a table top tray pivotally and swivelly carried by the chair frame. The chair frame is selectively deployable in a folded, collapsed configuration in which the table top tray is deployed in a folded position adjacent to the chair frame. The chair frame is selectively deployable in an extended, functional configuration in which the table top tray is supported on the chair frame in a generally horizontal position.
CAPACITIVE VEHICLE SEAT OCCUPANCY DETECTION SYSTEM WITH DETECTION OF VEHICLE SEAT HEATER MEMBER INTERRUPTION
A capacitive detection system for detecting occupancy of a vehicle seat includes a signal generating unit and a signal evaluation unit. The vehicle seat has a seat heater member configured for receiving time-varying output signals of the signal generating unit. The signal evaluation unit is configured to generate an output signal that is indicative of the seat heater member to be defective, if the sensed capacitance of the seat heater member is less than a second predetermined threshold value for the sensed capacitance.
Intelligently Powered Devices
A device, such as a heated seat cushion device, is provided. Circuitry and other components are used to regulate, control and/or switch electrical power to an electrical element, such as a heating element, of the device. The device may regulate the energy delivered to the electrical element by a processor on an intelligent energy management platform. Accordingly, power may be routed to the electrical element of the heated device in a controlled manner. Control may include turning on and off the power, providing pulsed power, and modulating the power and/or pulsed power delivered to the electrical element.
