Optical viewing device and method
An optical viewing device is constructed having a housing with a passage extending therethrough to permit an observer to view a subject through the passageway. A pair of optical prisms are mounted within the housing and passageway, each prism designated to accommodate one of the observer's eyes. The prisms are mounted for rotation upon an axis substantially perpendicular to the observer's line of sight through the passageway. Limited inter-prism rotation is permitted to accommodate variations in the observer's left and right eyes. A filter supporting means is provided to support selected colored optical filters to be placed adjacent the opening of the housing to permit the observer to view a subject through the passageway, prisms, and optical filters.
PROJECTOR, OPTICAL ENGINE MODULE, IMAGE RESOLUTION ENHANCEMENT DEVICE AND DRIVING METHOD THEREOF
A projector, an optical engine module, an image resolution enhancement device and a driving method are provided. The projector includes an illumination device, an optical engine module and a projection lens. The optical engine module is configured with the image resolution enhancement device configured to enhance a resolution of a projection light, and the image resolution enhancement device is adapted to enhance the image resolution by two times or four times.
ACTUATORS FOR PROVIDING AN EXTENDED TWO-DEGREE OF FREEDOM ROTATION RANGE
Actuators for providing an extended two-degree of freedom rotation range to an optical path folding element (OPFE) such as a prism or mirror in mobile devices such as smartphones, comprising a yaw sub-assembly having a yaw rotation axis, a pitch sub-assembly carrying the OPFE, the pitch sub-assembly including a pivot rotation mechanism and having a pitch rotation axis; and a stationary sub-assembly, wherein the actuator is operative to rotate the OPFE in two rotation directions, a first rotation for yaw around the yaw rotation axis and a second rotation for pitch around the pitch rotation axis, and wherein the rotation for pitch includes rotation using the pivot rotation mechanism.
DEVICE FOR SHAPING A LASER RADIATION
Device for shaping a laser radiation, comprising a first homogenizer with a first array of lenses and a second homogenizer with a second array of lenses through which the laser radiation passes through one after the other, a lens device which superimposes the laser radiation passed through the second array of lenses in a working plane, and a first prism and a second prism arranged between the second homogenizer and the lens device, wherein the laser radiation passed through the second array of lenses successively passes through the first and the second prism passes before impinging on the lens means.
Rotation mechanism with sliding joint
Rotation mechanisms for rotating a payload in two, first and second degrees of freedom (DOF), comprising a static base, a first rotation arm coupled mechanically to the static base through a first rotation joint and used for rotating the payload relative to the static base around a first rotation axis that passes through the first rotation joint, a second rotation arm coupled mechanically to the static base through a second rotation joint and used for rotating the payload relative to the static base around a second rotation axis that passes through the second rotation joint, and a follower member rigidly coupled to the payload and arranged to keep a constant distance from the second rotation arm, wherein the rotation of the first arm rotates the payload around the first DOF and the rotation of the second arm rotate the payload around the second DOF.
Camera module
A camera module includes a lens module having lenses; a reflection module disposed on an object side of the lens module, and changing a path of light so that the light incident inside is directed toward the lens module; and an image sensor disposed on an image side of the lens module. The reflection module can be rotated about a first axis and a second axis perpendicular to the first axis, and an imaging plane of the image sensor includes a curved surface.
Optical unit
An optical unit including a reflection portion, a movable body, a fixed body; and a rotation support mechanism that rotates the movable body with respect to the fixed body in an axial direction as a rotation axis, in which the rotation support mechanism has a U-shaped spring member disposed between the fixed body and the movable body in the axial direction and applies a force in a direction that widens the space between the fixed body and the movable body, the spring member has a rotation-axis first forming member, the movable body has a rotation-axis second forming member, and the rotation-axis first forming member and the rotation-axis second forming member are arranged at positions where a rotation axis passes through a center of gravity position of the movable body.
PRISMATIC MOTOR
A prismatic motor for driving a prism includes: a holding component, a rolling body and a base. The prism is disposed on the holding component. The holding component includes a magnetic body. The rolling body contacts the holding component. The base includes a magnetically permeable component. The rolling body is between the holding component and the base and contacts the base. The magnetically permeable component is configured to attract the magnetic body to increase force of the holding component interacting with the base. The prismatic motor solves a problem that assembling the rolling body of the conventional prismatic motor is not convenient.
PRISMATIC MOTOR
A prismatic motor for driving a prism includes: a first holder, a second holder and a cylinder. A prism is disposed on the first holder. The first holder includes a first clamping part. The second holder includes a second clamping part which is correspondingly disposed with the first clamping part. The cylinder is disposed between the first clamping part and the second clamping part, and the cylinder radially separates the first holder from the second holder. The first holder may rotate along the circumference direction of the cylinder. The prismatic motor solves a problem that dropping the rolling body of the conventional prismatic motor during assembly is easy.
Camera actuator
A camera actuator according to an embodiment includes a housing; a prism unit disposed in the housing; and a driving unit for tilting the prism unit, wherein a ball bearing and a pulling magnet for generating attractive force to each other are disposed in the prism unit and the housing, and wherein the prism unit is supported to the housing by the attractive force between the ball bearing and the pulling magnet.
