A prism rotation adjustment mechanism, a photolithographic exposure system and a photolithography tool are disclosed. The prism rotation adjustment mechanism includes a frame (200), a flexible mechanism (100) and an actuation mechanism. The flexible mechanism (100) includes a fixing component (110), an actuating component (120), a connecting component (130) and a swinging component (140) that are flexibly articulated in a sequence. The fixing component (110) is fixed to the frame (200). The actuation mechanism is fixed to the frame (200) and coupled to the actuating component (120). On the swinging component (140) are secured a prism wherein an axis of articulation between the swinging component (140) and the fixing component (110) is in correspondence with a rotational center of the prism. The flexible mechanism of the prism rotation adjustment mechanism is a quadrilateral flexibly-articulated assembly, in which, when driven by the actuation mechanism, the actuating component can convert translational movement into rotational movement, allowing the control of the rotational movement to be more accurate and hence improving the rotational control accuracy of the prisms. Moreover, the axis of articulation between the swinging component and the fixing component provides a stable axis for the prisms to rotate thereabout, avoiding crosstalk during the rotation and hence additionally improving the prism rotation control accuracy.

CAMERA MODULE

A camera module includes a housing having an internal space, a reflecting module including a reflecting member on a movable holder movably supported by an inner wall of the housing in the internal space, and a lens module disposed behind the reflecting module in the internal space, and including lenses aligned in an optical axis direction so that light reflected by the reflecting member is incident thereto. The movable holder is configured to move the reflecting member in a first axis direction approximately perpendicular to the optical axis direction and a second axis direction approximately perpendicular to the optical axis direction and the first axis direction with respect to the housing. The lens module includes at least two lens barrels disposed on sidewalls of the housing, linearly movable in approximately the optical axis direction, and including the lenses divided and disposed therein.

Optical prism with interlock

An optical prism that includes an interlock structure that precisely couples to a complementary structure of a refractive lens. For precision, the interlock structure may be formed at the same time and using the same technique as the optical surface of the prism. The interlock structure provides high accuracy when assembling a folded lens system by precisely aligning the object side optical surface of the lens with the image side optical surface of the prism so that the optical axis is centered in the lens. The prism may have refractive power. A portion of the object side surface may be coated with an opaque material to provide an aperture stop at that surface.

A camera module includes a lens group, an image sensor, a reflective member, and a driving assembly. The lens group includes a plurality of lenses, the reflective member is configured to reflect, to the image sensor, light rays focused by at least one of the plurality of lenses, and the driving assembly is configured to drive the reflective member to move. An electronic device includes the camera module mounted on a housing.

Freeform Folded Optical System

A freeform folded optical system that include two freeform prisms with optical power. At least one of the freeform prisms is configured to fold the optical axis twice. Thus, embodiments of the freeform folded optical system fold the optical axis three or four times. Folding the optical axis three or four times in the freeform prisms allows for long focal lengths required for telephoto lens applications without requiring additional lens elements between the prisms. In addition, the configuration of the freeform folded optical system provides reduced Z-axis height when compared to conventional folded lens systems with similar optical characteristics.
