The present disclosure describes methods and apparatus for a modular headboard that is assembled by magnetically coupling of a plurality of magnetic mounting units to one or more magnetic base boards. The present disclosure also describes a set of pre-formed liners designed to maintain the cleanliness of the floor of an automobile, the sheets comprising adhesive regions and, in some embodiments, a textured region on the top surface of the sheets.

A head elevation apparatus configured to be positioned under a mattress may include a base panel and a top panel positioned on the base panel. The top panel may include a center panel hingedly coupled to the base panel. An upper flap may be hingedly coupled to the center panel. A lower flap may be hingedly coupled to the center panel.

A wraparound inflatable headboard apparatus (100) includes a headboard portion (104), first and second arms (106, 108), and a plurality of accessories (138, 140,142, 144, 148), wherein the headboard portion (104) and the first and second arms (106, 108) are configured to accommodate plurality of accessories (138, 140,142, 144, 148), at least one of which is fixedly attached to the at least one of the headboard portion (104), the first arm (106), and the second arm (108), and at least one of which is removable from the at least one of the headboard portion (104), the first arm (106), and the second arm (108). An inflatable bed system (122) includes an inflatable headboard apparatus (100) comprised of a headboard (104), arms (106, 108), an inflatable mattress (102), and at least one accessory (138, 140,142, 144, 148), wherein the headboard (104) and arms (106, 108) are configured in a bracket shape, the inflatable mattress (102) comprises a shape complementary to the bracket shape of the headboard (104) and arms (106, 108) such that the inflatable headboard apparatus (100) at least partially surrounds the inflatable mattress (102), and the at least one accessory (138, 140,142, 144, 148) is supplied proximal to a user when the inflatable headboard apparatus (100) is arranged about the inflatable mattress (102).

A patient transport apparatus comprises support structure. The support structure comprises a base, a support frame, and a patient support deck. A headboard and a footboard are coupled to the support structure. The support frame comprises a head section and a body section, the body section coupled to the patient support deck. The patient support deck comprises a patient support surface capable of articulating relative to the support frame. The head section is movable relative to the body section to define first and second configurations of the support frame, the support frame having a first footprint in the first configuration and a second footprint, smaller than the first footprint, in the second configuration.

An assemblable mattress support can be shipped with all of its components compactly packed into the headboard. The mattress support includes a foldable longitudinal bar, a lateral bar, side panels, wooden slats, block legs and a footboard, all of which fit inside a compartment in the headboard. In an assembled state of the mattress support, a first connector at one end of the longitudinal bar attaches to a third connector on the outside of the headboard. A second connector at the other end of the longitudinal bar attaches to a fourth connector on the footboard. The middle of the lateral bar connects to the middle of the longitudinal bar. The block legs are attached to the bottom sides of the headboard and footboard. The slats are attached to one another by fabric ribbons and are placed in parallel over the longitudinal bar and support ledges on the side panels.

A chest may be configured to transition between an open position and a closed position. The chest forming an enclosure configured to store a foldable mattress. The chest including a top panel, a front panel, and side panels, the top panel configured to be manually lifted off of the chest to form a lower portion of a sleeping platform, the front panel including an upper front panel hingedly connected to a lower front panel; and a back panel hingably connected to the side panels.

The present invention is directed to a rain curtain headboard. The invention includes a headboard, a rain system, a light bar, and a viewing window. The headboard includes a cavity housing the rain system. The rain system creates a rain curtain, viewable through the viewing window, that is adapted to soothe a user using sound therapy, humidity, aromatherapy, or combinations thereof.

An assemblable mattress support can be shipped with all of its components compactly packed into the headboard. The mattress support includes a foldable longitudinal bar, a lateral bar, side panels, wooden slats, block legs and a footboard, all of which fit inside a compartment in the headboard. In an assembled state of the mattress support, a first connector at one end of the longitudinal bar attaches to a third connector on the outside of the headboard. A second connector at the other end of the longitudinal bar attaches to a fourth connector on the footboard. The middle of the lateral bar connects to the middle of the longitudinal bar. The block legs are attached to the bottom sides of the headboard and footboard. The slats are attached to one another by fabric ribbons and are placed in parallel over the longitudinal bar and support ledges on the side panels.

A headboard for use with a bed is described. The headboard includes a panel having a top edge, and a light fixture proximate to the top edge. The light fixture can move relative to the panel between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the light fixture emits light in an upward direction away from the bed. In the second position, the light fixture emits light in a downward direction toward the bed.

A method for packaging a bed includes disassembling a headboard into a first headboard, a second headboard, a third headboard, and a fourth headboard; placing one of the first headboard and the second headboard with a back thereof facing upward; placing one of the first headboard and the second headboard with a back thereof facing upward to allow an opening of a first accommodating groove or a second accommodating groove on the back thereof to face upward; placing the third headboard and the fourth headboard side by side with a back facing upward into the accommodating groove, allowing openings of a third accommodating groove and a fourth accommodating groove to face upward; placing stacked slats into the third accommodating groove and the fourth accommodating groove, and placing a first transverse keel, a second transverse keel, and support legs into the third accommodating groove and the fourth accommodating groove.
