BED LEGS
A bed leg for connecting to a bed frame includes one or more leg sections. Each of the one or more leg sections includes a central column having a first end, an opposite, second end, and a connecting bolt attached to the first end; and a decorative shell configured to detachably sleeve on the central column.
Foldable Adjustable Bed Base With Leg Assemblies Having Adjustable Lengths
An adjustable bed base may be folded in half for shipping without removing the leg assemblies. The leg assemblies are adjustable in length and may be secured in a raised position to facilitate folding the adjustable bed base. To change the length of the leg assembly, a hollow leg is moved inside a hollow receiver and fixed in place by a first push pin assembly. A second push pin assembly inside the hollow receiver fixes the leg assembly in a lowered position and a raised position for storage or shipment. Each hollow receiver is pivotally secured to a mounting bracket welded to a foldable frame of the adjustable bed base.
PLATFORM BED FRAMES
Examples of a platform bed frame include a deck structure and a support structure. The deck structure includes a first deck portion and a second deck portion. The first deck portion includes first longitudinal members along a length, first latitudinal members perpendicular to the first longitudinal members, and a first lip portion extending around the first deck portion. The second deck portion is coupleable to the first deck portion to form the deck structure by coupling second coupling interface to the first deck portion and includes second longitudinal members along a length, second latitudinal members parallel to the first latitudinal members, and a second lip portion extending around the second deck portion. The support structure includes legs and panels. The legs are coupleable to an underside of the deck structure. The panels are coupleable to the legs to form a rectangular structure beneath the deck structure.
Auto-locking adjustable bar and structure having same
Disclosed are adjustable bars and structures having adjustable bars. An adjustable bar includes an inner bar, an outer bar and a locking/unlocking mechanism to control relative movement of the inner and outer bars. The locking/unlocking mechanism includes a locking pin to be selectively inserted into a restriction hole of the outer tubular bar and a restriction member of the inner bar, thereby selectively restricting relative movement of the inner and outer bars in at least one direction. The locking/unlocking mechanism also includes a feature to prevent accidental release of the locking pin from the restriction member. Structures having such adjustable bars are easy and safer to use.
Bed assembly with foam-based headboard having readily interchangeable outer coverings
A bed assembly including (a) a foam headboard having a protective outer covering positioned thereon; (b) one or more slip covers configured to be positioned on the foam headboard, each slip cover having a releasable fastening mechanism to temporarily securely position the slip cover on the foam head board; and (c) a bed frame assembly including (i) a plurality of legs, (ii) a plurality of side rails that are configured to be positioned and securely fastened between two separate legs of the plurality of legs; (iii) a plurality of securing brackets, each bracket configured to be positioned on the securing member of each leg, to concurrently grip two separate side rails, and to securely fasten the separate side rails to the leg by biasing the securing bracket in a direction towards the exterior of the bed frame assembly when assembled; and (iv) a support beam configured to be positioned within the interior of the bed frame assembly when the bed frame assembly is assembled.
Covers for adjustable length bed legs
A leg cover for a bed leg having a plurality of leg segments incorporates a plurality of cover segments each having matching length with a length of a corresponding leg segment. Each cover segment has a longitudinal separation, an upper circumferential separation and a lower circumferential separation. The leg cover is adapted to be separated at the circumferential separations to match a reduced length of the segmented leg if one or more leg segments is removed.
Furniture objects for storing foldable beds
A chest may be configured to transition between an open position and a closed position, the chest including an enclosure configured to store a foldable mattress supported by a sleeping platform when the foldable mattress is in an unfolded state. The chest may include a top panel, a front panel, and side panels, the top panel configured to be manually lifted off of the chest to form a lower portion of the sleeping platform.
Converter to Make Stationary Furniture Slidable or Reciprocating
The invention relates to a slide mechanism which can be attached to and support chair, couch or bed legs, one device per leg, to make furniture slidable. The chair, couch or bed leg fits an upward-facing leg holder for one furniture leg. The leg holder is affixed to or part of an upper base having two longitudinal grooves, wherein two screws, one extending into each of the grooves, hold the upper base to a lower base. The two screws are loose enough with respect to the upper side of the upper base to allow the upper base (carrying the leg-holder and the attached furniture leg) to slide relative to the lower base. An elastic member connects the upper base to the lower base.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A ROLLAWAY FOLDING BED
Systems and methods for use of a rollaway folding bed system are described. The rollaway folding bed system can include a mattress and a frame configured to be moveable between a deployed state and a stored state. The rollaway folding bed can include a rigid frame and sections of support grid affixed to the bars to provide support to the mattress. The rigid frame can also have moveable supports that can moved between a folded position and a stored position. The rigid frame can include central supports having hinges to facilitate moving the rollaway folding bed from a stored position and a deployed position. The crossbars can include lockable wheels affixed at opposing ends of the cross bars and positioned beyond an outer edge of the rollaway folding bed system when in a stored position to provide stability to the rollaway folding bed system.
Ready-to-assemble mattress foundations
A ready-to-assemble mattress foundation including a plurality of rails forming a mattress foundation having a plurality of corners. The mattress foundation includes a plurality of corner connector assemblies coupling the rails together at the corners. Each of the corner connector assemblies includes a first corner bracket; a second corner bracket; a pin including internal threads and external threads; and a fastener threadably engaging the external threads of the pin to retain the pin relative to the corner brackets. The pin extends through the first apertures and the second apertures. The mattress foundation includes a plurality of central support assemblies coupled to one or more of the rails. Each of the central support assemblies includes a body having internal threads. The mattress foundation includes a plurality of legs each including a threaded rod and threadably received within the internal threads of the pin and the central support assemblies.
