FURNITURE
Furniture articles have an integrally formed shell that generally has rounded features, the shell diminishing in circumference outwardly from a mounting surface, and a mounting portion configured to secure the shell to the mounting surface. A perimeter edge of the shell defines a mounting plane against which the mounting surface is to be secured. When the shell is secured to the mounting surface, the mounting portion is inaccessible and hidden from view. Furniture includes a shelving unit, a desk unit, a seating unit, and a bed.
Electromotive dual drive
An electromotive dual drive for adjustment of two different furniture parts of a piece of furniture includes a housing having opposite end sections. Each end section is formed with a shaft holder for receiving a pivot shaft of the piece of furniture. Two drive units are arranged one behind another in the housing in a longitudinal direction, with each drive unit including a drive motor, a transmission, and a spindle drive including a spindle which acts on an output member operably connected to a respective one of the pivot shafts. The spindles and/or the output members of the drive units are sized of different lengths, and the drive motor of one of the drive units and the drive motor of the other one of the drive units are spaced from the shaft holders, respectively, at different distances.
Stable bedstead with detachable interior support
A bedstead includes a frame, an interior support removably coupled with the frame, and outer legs supporting the frame when the bedstead is set up. The interior support includes an inner leg, first connectors disposed circumferentially around the inner leg and connecting bars. Each connecting bar has one end pivotally connected with the inner leg through a first connector, and the other end to be removably coupled with the frame. When in use, the first connector restricts the movement, in particular, the rotation of the connecting bar, and thus enhances the overall structural stability of the bedstead.
Modular bed
A modular bed includes a base frame unit and a plurality of support frame units. Each of the support frame units includes a leading bar, a trailing bar, four mounting frames, four biasing members, a left linkage, and a right linkage. In response to loading or unloading of a retaining member of each of the left and right linkages, a respective one of the biasing members abuts against a top abutment wall or a bottom abutment wall of a respective one of the mounting frames so as to generate a counteracting force to counteract the loading or unloading movement of the retaining member, thereby providing a cushioning effect for the retaining member.
Adjustable foundation with service position
A foundation for a bed system can include an actuator, a deck mechanism operably related to the actuator so as to be actuated between raised and lowered positions in response to actuation by the actuator, and a controller operably connected to the actuator and configured to drive the actuator to actuate the deck mechanism between a lower position and an upper position. The deck mechanism can be configured to move to a service position that is further than the upper position. The deck mechanism can expose and permit access to a serviceable component when the deck mechanism is in the service position. A method of using a foundation having a service position is also described.
Foldable Bottom Bed Structure of Electric Bed
A bottom bed structure of an electric bed includes a front bed bottom, a rear bed bottom, two hinge mechanisms, and a plurality of stands. The front bed bottom includes a first frame and a first board. The rear bed bottom includes a second frame and a second board. Each of the two hinge mechanisms includes a pivot bracket and two bolts. The pivot bracket of each of the two hinge mechanisms is pivotally connected between the first frame of the front bed bottom and the second frame of the rear bed bottom by the two bolts. Thus, the front bed bottom is pivoted to overlap the rear bed bottom, such that the bottom bed structure is folded.
Bedding/seating product with locked corners
A bedding or seating product comprises a connector assembly and a stabilizer assembly at each corner of the product for joining perpendicular first and second upholstered trusses. Each stabilizer assembly comprises a first bracket secured to the first truss, a second bracket secured to the second truss and a leg assembly comprising a leg and a threaded rod. One of the first and second brackets has a threaded boss and the other of the first and second brackets has an opening aligned with the threaded boss. The threaded rod extends through the aligned threaded boss and opening of the first and second brackets and the leg abuts the first and second trusses to assist supporting the product above the ground.
Assemblable Mattress Support Whose Side Panels, Headboard and Footboard Fit Inside A Single Packing Box
An assemblable mattress support can be shipped with all of its components compactly packed into the headboard. The mattress support includes a foldable longitudinal bar, a lateral bar, side panels, wooden slats, block legs and a footboard, all of which fit inside a compartment in the headboard. In an assembled state of the mattress support, a first connector at one end of the longitudinal bar attaches to a third connector on the outside of the headboard. A second connector at the other end of the longitudinal bar attaches to a fourth connector on the footboard. The middle of the lateral bar connects to the middle of the longitudinal bar. The block legs are attached to the bottom sides of the headboard and footboard. The slats are attached to one another by fabric ribbons and are placed in parallel over the longitudinal bar and support ledges on the side panels.
Bed frame
A bed frame includes a frame, bed legs, and a bed plank support frame. The frame includes two side boards, a head board, and a tail board. Respective bottoms of opposing sides of the two side boards are provided with a plurality of U-shaped connecting members, respectively. The bed plank support frame includes a plurality of support members. Two ends of each support member are connected to U-shaped connecting grooves of the corresponding U-shaped connecting members of the two side boards, respectively. The bed plank support frame is sunk when in use. After a bed plank is placed, there is a certain distance between the bed plank and the top of the frame, so that the frame can form four stop sides. After a mattress is placed on the bed frame, the mattress is restrained in the frame, not sliding.
LIGHT-WEIGHT BED PANEL AND FOLDABLE BED HAVING SAME
A bed includes a bed frame and a bed panel disposed on the bed frame. The bed frame includes first and second frame units disposed side by side and pivotally connected with each other. The bed panel includes a first panel unit fixedly disposed at an upper side of the first frame unit, and a second panel unit fixedly disposed at an upper side of the second bed frame unit. Each of the first and second panel units includes one or more panel assemblies. Each panel assembly in the one or more panel assemblies includes a substrate, a sponge layer and a cover. The substrate is disposed at the upper side of the first or second frame unit. The sponge layer is disposed at an upper side of the substrate, and the cover layer is disposed at an upper side of the sponge layer.
