Real-time satellite imaging system
Methods and apparatus for Real-time Satellite Imaging System (10) are disclosed. More particularly, one embodiment of the present invention an imaging sensor (14) on a geostationary satellite having one or more co-collimated telescopes (18). The telescopes (18) illuminate local planes (22) which are sparsely populated with focal plane arrays (24). The focal plane arrays (24) record the entire observable Earth hemisphere at one time, at least once every ten seconds.
WEAPON SYSTEM WITH MULTI-FUNCTION SINGLE-VIEW SCOPE
Certain aspects of a novel weapon sight system combine a direct view, a visible light video view, and an infrared (IR) video view mode. Each of the view modes may be viewed individually or simultaneously with one or more of the other view modes through a single viewing aperture. Further, the one or more view-modes may be provided while providing a bore-sighted reticle superimposed on the selected view. Further, the reticle may be powered separately from the video view electronics enabling use of the reticle regardless of the power status video view electronics.
OFF AXIS GUIDER WITH ONE OR MORE MECHANICALLY CONTROLLED PRISMS FOR ASTRONOMICAL TELESCOPES, METHODS OF ASSEMBLY AND USE FOR TELESCOPES
An Off Axis Guider specifically designed with internal mechanically controlled placement of one or more prisms which allow the user to select stars in the telescope's field of view without obscuring the primary cameras' image capturing ability.

Endoscope optical system and endoscope
The endoscope optical system consists of: a first lens group that is used only for front viewing; a plurality of second lens groups that have a negative lens at a position closest to an object side and are used only for side viewing; a third lens group that is commonly used in front viewing and side viewing; and a synthesizing section that synthesizes the rays emitted from the first lens group and the rays emitted from the second lens groups and causes the synthesized rays to be incident into the third lens group. The rays emitted from the first lens group and the rays emitted from the second lens groups are imaged on a same plane.
Laser range finder for two-color switching display
The present invention discloses a laser range finder for two-color switching display, comprising a monocular telescope, a laser light emitting system, a laser receiver and an OLED liquid crystal display (LCD) imaging system, wherein the monocular telescope comprises an objective lens, a roof half penta prism, a cemented prism, an eyepiece and an LCD unit; laser light emitted by the laser light emitting system is emitted onto an object to be measured, and the reflected back laser light is received by the laser receiver after passing through the objective lens, the roof half penta prism and the cemented prism; and light emitted by the OLED LCD imaging system is imaged on the focal plane of the eyepiece through the cemented prism. The present invention can achieve two-color display of the laser range finder, meeting the requirements for use in a variety of conditions.

Film through scope camera mount system
Systems and methods are described which provide a film through scope camera mount including a housing that includes a beam splitter, first and second mirrors, and a sensor. The camera mount system may receive an input optical signal from a first direction; split the input optical signal using the beam splitter such that a first portion of the input optical signal may be communicated out of the camera mount system in a second direction and a second portion of the input optical signal may be reflected lateral to the first direction; reflect the reflected signal vertically using the first mirror; reflect the vertically reflected signal in a second lateral direction using the second mirror; and receive the signal reflected by the second mirror in the sensor, which may comprise a visible light sensor and/or an infrared sensor.

Composite prism for multi-functional telescope, and binocular telescopic optical system for same
A composite prism for multi-functional telescopes, and binocular telescopic optical system thereof. The composite prism comprises a first half-pentaprism (2), a roof prism (3), and a second half-pentaprism (4). Longer right-angled surfaces of the first half-pentaprism (2) and second half-pentaprism (4) are cemented onto a bottom surface of the roof prism (3). A light incident plane of the roof prism (3) and a light emission plane thereof share the same one and are parallel to a roof edge of the roof prism (3), such that a light incident axis of the composite prism is parallel to a light emission axis thereof. A binocular telescopic optical path system comprises an objective lens (1), the composite prism, a reticle lens (5), and an eyepiece (6), and has functions of viewing, sighting, laser emitting and receiving, and display.
