Miniature long range imaging engine with auto-focus and auto-zoom system
Methods and systems to implement a miniature long range imaging engine with auto-focus, auto-zoom, and auto-illumination are disclosed herein. An example method includes detecting, by a microprocessor, a presence of an aim light pattern within the FOV; determining, by the microprocessor and in response to the detecting, a target distance of an object in the FOV based on a position of the aim light pattern in the FOV, the target distance being a distance from the imaging engine to the object; causing, by the microprocessor, a variable focus optical element to focus on the object based on the target distance; and responsive to making a first determination, by the microprocessor, selecting, based on the target distance, one of a plurality of zoom operation modes.
DISTANCE-MEASURING TARGET AND BIRD WATCHING SCOPE
A distance-measuring target and bird watching scope includes a receiving optical path in which an objective lens group, a focusing objective lens, a reticle, a zoom front lens group, a zoom compensation lens group, a zoom rear lens group and a fixed eyepiece group are provided sequentially in the light beam propagation direction; a laser emitting system including a laser light emitting diode and an emitting lens provided in the emitting optical path propagation direction; a laser receiving system used to convert the optical signal in the receiving optical path into an electrical signal through a beam splitter prism, obtain the target distance and display through a liquid crystal display system; and a liquid crystal display system used to combine the display information containing the target distance to the receiving optical path through a beam splitter prism, and transmit to the fixed eyepiece group.
DISPLAY SYSTEMS FOR SIGHTING OPERATIONS, AND RELATED METHODS, APPARATUS, AND SIGHT DEVICES
The present disclosure relates to display systems for sighting operations, and related methods, apparatus, and sight devices. In one or more embodiments, a display system for sighting operations includes a sight elevation section indicating a sight elevation of a sight device, and one or more target sections corresponding respectively to one or more targets. The one or more target sections respectively includes a first ballistic indicator indicating a first ballistic parameter of a respective target of the one or more targets, and a second ballistic indicator indicating a second ballistic parameter of the respective target.
Optical sight
An optical sight includes a lens assembly, a digital reticle display, a magnification adjuster, and a controller. The magnification adjuster is configured to be adjusted by a user. The controller is configured to display a reticle on the digital reticle display based on a real-time magnification, and is configured to determine the real-time magnification based on a position of the magnification adjuster.
Optical data insertion
A viewer for an optical data insertion device and a combined system comprising a viewer and an optical data insertion device. The optical data insertion device comprising a projector operable to project a visible image and a light guiding device operable to direct light from the projector into the viewer. The viewer comprising an objective lens, an eyepiece lens and a diffuser screen provided between the objective lens and the eyepiece lens.
