DEVICE FOR OPENING OF ADJUSTABLE SOFA WITHOUT PAUSING AND MECHANICAL STRETCHING DEVICE THEREOF
Disclosed are a device for the opening of an adjustable sofa without pausing and a mechanical stretching device thereof. The device for the opening of an adjustable sofa consists of a leg drive connector (4), a first limit push connector (3), an expansion front swing limit (1), a second limit push connector (10), a back swing limit (6), a transmission connector (9), a third limit push connector (8), a limit push slide groove block (7) and a folding front swing limit (11). The leg drive connector (4) is rotatably connected to the first limit push connector (3). The transmission connector (9) is rotatably connected to the second limit push connector (10). The second limit push connector (10) is rotatably connected to the first limit push connector (3) and the third limit push connector (8). The back swing limit (6) is fixed on the third limit push connector (8) and located in a limit push slide groove (15). The expansion front swing limit (1) is fixed on the second limit push connector (10). The expansion front swing limit (1) cooperates with a front swing connector (12) and the back swing limit (6) cooperates with a back swing connector (5).

The lumbar support mechanism includes a lumbar support member; first, second, third and fourth support legs; a linkage member; and first and second lumbar support brackets attached onto the adjustable bed. Upper ends of the first and second support legs are pivotally connected to the lumbar support member, and lower ends of the first and second support legs are pivotally connected to the linkage member, respectively. Upper ends of the third and fourth support legs are pivotally connected to the first and second support legs, respectively, and lower ends of the third and fourth support legs are pivotally connected to the first and second lumbar support brackets, respectively. As such, a distance between the lumbar support member and the linkage member is changeable between minimal and maximal distances when the linkage member moves between first and second positions.

ADJUSTABLE BED BASE
An adjustable bed base includes a back board frame, a leg board frame and a linear actuator. The back board frame is pivotally connected to a stationary bed frame. The leg board frame is pivotally connected to the stationary bed frame. The linear actuator can drive the back board frame to rotate relative to the stationary bed frame. The adjustable bed base further includes at least one of a pull-push rod assembly, which includes a delayed pull-push structure configured to enable the first linkage element to drive the pull-push rod to move after the back board frame is driven by the linear actuator to rotate beyond a preset angle, a piled connecting assembly, and a connection reinforcing element. This adjustable bed base can reduce the lifting force required in the initial stage and has a simpler and more stable structure.
ADJUSTABLE BED BASE
An adjustable bed base includes a back board frame, a leg board frame and a linear actuator. The back board frame is pivotally connected to a stationary bed frame. The leg board frame is pivotally connected to the stationary bed frame. The linear actuator can drive the back board frame to rotate relative to the stationary bed frame. The adjustable bed base further includes at least one of a pull-push rod assembly, which includes a delayed pull-push structure configured to enable the first linkage element to drive the pull-push rod to move after the back board frame is driven by the linear actuator to rotate beyond a preset angle, a piled connecting assembly, and a connection reinforcing element. This adjustable bed base can reduce the lifting force required in the initial stage and has a simpler and more stable structure.

An article of adjustable furniture has at least one support section and a drive mechanism operable to effect pivotal movement of the at least one support section, the drive mechanism including at least a first and a second component pivotally joined by a bearing assembly, such that operation of the drive mechanism causes pivotal movement between the first and second components so as to effect pivotal movement of the at least one support section.
