DIGITAL DISPLAY DEVICE COMPRISING A COMPLEMENTARY LIGHT FIELD DISPLAY OR DISPLAY PORTION, AND VISION CORRECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD USING SAME
Described are various embodiments of a digital display device to render an image for viewing by a viewer having reduced visual acuity, the device comprising: a digital display medium for rendering the image based on pixel data related thereto; a complementary light field display portion; and a hardware processor operable on said pixel data for a selected portion of the image to be rendered via said complementary light field display portion so to produce vision-corrected pixel data corresponding thereto to at least partially address the viewer's reduced visual acuity when viewing said selected portion as rendered in accordance with said vision-corrected pixel data by said complementary light field display portion.
LIGHT GUIDE PLATE, DISPLAY DEVICE, INPUT DEVICE, AND ELECTRIC DEVICE
A light guide plate according to one or more embodiments may include a plurality of optical path changing units each converging incident light to a definite point. A stereoscopic image is formed in a space by a collection of a plurality of definite points. The stereoscopic image includes a plurality of faces not parallel to each other, the face is made up of a plurality of dots dispersedly arranged on the face, and a density of the plurality of dots on each of the faces is a value corresponding to a position of the face.
ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DISPLAY SUBSTRATE AND DISPLAY DEVICE
The present disclosure provides an organic light-emitting display substrate and a display device. The display substrate includes a base substrate, a driving circuit layer on the base substrate and a light-emitting device on one side of the driving circuit layer away from the base substrate. The light-emitting device includes a first electrode layer including separated first electrode patterns. The display substrate further includes a reflective metal layer insulated from the first electrode layer. An orthographic projection of each reflective metal pattern onto the base substrate overlaps an orthographic projection of at least two first electrode patterns onto the base substrate, which can appropriately reduce a thickness of an anode layer due to the presence of the reflective metal layer, thereby reducing segment difference of the light-emitting layer near the anode, improving the uniformity of the light-emitting layer, and improving performance of the display panel.
IMAGE DISPLAY APPARATUS
An image display apparatus including one or more virtual-image screens, a display section, and a display control unit. The one or more virtual-image screens are arranged to cover at least a part of a periphery of a predetermined axis, display a virtual image of a projected image by using the predetermined axis as a basis, and are transparent. The display section has one or more display surfaces that display a plurality of viewpoint images in mutually different directions and project the plurality of displayed viewpoint images onto the one or more virtual-image screens, respectively, the plurality of viewpoint images being images of a display target as viewed from mutually different directions. The display control unit displays, a virtual image of the display target that is visible from a second direction extending toward the predetermined axis from the observation point.

STEREOSCOPIC IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE
A stereoscopic image display device includes a flat panel display unit, a lens array unit, and a light guide structure unit. The light guide structure unit includes a light guide microstructure. The light guide microstructure is disposed on a side of the lens array unit. A bottom angle of the light guide microstructure is defined as B, and a bottom length of the light guide microstructure is defined as P. The bottom angle B and the bottom length P of the light guide microstructure satisfies following conditions: (i) 15.5 degrees≤B≤83.5 degrees; and (ii) 10 micrometers≤P≤2,000 micrometers, such that an oblique viewing angle of the stereoscopic image display device falls within a range from 10 degrees to 60 degrees.
Touchable and 360-degree playable holographic display
A system for displaying three dimensional (3D) images. The system includes a 3D display operating in a first state to display a 3D image by outputting light into a viewing space and operating in a second state in which the 3D image is not displayed. The system further includes a screen element positioned between the 3D display and the viewing space. The screen element reflects light from the viewing space to appear opaque to a viewer in the viewing space when the 3D display operates in the second state. The screen element transmits the light output by the 3D display, whereby the 3D display image is perceivable by the viewer in the viewing space. The screen element includes a sheet of mesh or netting material that transmits light output by the 3D display through its pores or openings and may be a planar sheet of scrim or tulle.
