Eyeglasses structure
An eyeglasses structure includes a frame body, at least one lens, a first elastic contacting member and a second elastic contacting member. The frame body includes an attaching portion and a positioning portion. The at least one lens is detachably attached to the attaching portion. Each of the first and second elastic contacting members includes an engaging portion detachably engages the positioning portion, a linking rod portion connected with the matching portion, and a nose pad portion connected to the linking rod portion. The radial cross-sectional area of the linking rod portion is smaller than that of the nose pad portion connected to the linking rod portion, so as to increase the swing angle of the nose pad portion relative to the engaging portion connected with the linking rod portion.
HEAD-MOUNTED DISPLAY
A head-mounted display that can suppress positional misalignment of a display apparatus in the left and right directions, and can reduce the load on a user's nose is proposed. A nose pad assembly H has: a movable portion (M2) having a frame (31), and a nose pad (32) attached to the frame (31); and a support mechanism (M1) that is attached to an apparatus body (10), and supports the frame (31). The support mechanism (M1) supports the frame (31) such that a motion of the nose pad (32) in the front and rear directions is allowed.
EYEWEAR SYSTEM FOR LENS EXCHANGE
The present disclosure relates to an eyewear assembly that is configured for fast and easy removal or exchange of lenses. The eyewear assembly comprises a connector that may be inserted into a frame front in order to hold the lenses in place, and removed from the frame front in order to release the lenses.
Head-mounted display apparatus
A head-mounted display apparatus includes a display unit configured to emit image light to display an image, a support portion that supports the display unit, and a nose pad attached to the support portion. The support portion includes an attachment portion to which the nose pad is attached. The nose pad includes an insertion portion inserted into the attachment portion. The attachment portion includes an insertion opening into which the insertion portion is inserted, and a locking portion configured to lock the nose pad in a first position and a second position that are different from each other in a rotational direction of the nose pad centered at the insertion portion inserted into the insertion opening.
Adjustable nose bridge assembly for headworn computer
Aspects of the present invention relate to a head-worn computer, comprising a removable and replacable adjustable nose bridge assembly, wherein the adjustable nose bridge assembly has at least three user adjustable features to adapt the adjustable nose bridge assembly to the user's nose, wherein a first adjustment of the at least three user adjustable features is adapted to move the adjustable nose bridge up and down relative a lens of the head-worn computer, wherein a second adjustment of the at least three user adjustable features is adapted to rotate a nose pad of the adjustable nose bridge about an axis substantially perpendicular to a top frame of the head-worn computer, and wherein a third adjustment of the at least three user adjustable features is adapted to flare the nose pad to the side of the axis.
HEAD-MOUNTED DISPLAY WITH UNOBSTRUCTED PERIPHERAL VIEWING
The disclosed head-mounted display may include (1) a display unit configured to display computer-generated imagery to a user and (2) a housing that retains the display unit. When the head-mounted display is mounted on the user's head and the display unit is positioned in a forward field of view of the user, the display unit may obstruct at least a portion of the user's forward field of view, and the housing may be dimensioned to provide the user with a substantially unobstructed peripheral view of a real-world environment of the user. Various other methods, systems, and devices are also disclosed.

A head-mounted display apparatus includes a display unit configured to emit image light to display an image, a support portion that supports the display unit, and a nose pad attached to the support portion. The support portion includes an attachment portion to which the nose pad is attached. The nose pad includes an insertion portion inserted into the attachment portion. The attachment portion includes an insertion opening into which the insertion portion is inserted, and a locking portion configured to lock the nose pad in a first position and a second position that are different from each other in a rotational direction of the nose pad centered at the insertion portion inserted into the insertion opening.
Slip-Resistant Eyewear System
A slip-resistant eyewear system comprising an eyewear frame generally comprises first and second hinges coupled to the eyewear frame which are also coupled to first and second tension adjusters. First and second bows are coupled to first and second tension adjusters. The system may comprise an eyewear retainer comprising a first end configured to couple to the first bow and a second end configured to couple to a second bow such that a tension is maintained on the unitary eyewear retainer when the unitary eyewear retainer extends around a back of a head of a user.
NOSEPIECE FOR EYEGLASS FRAMES
Nosepiece for eyeglass frames, which comprises a plate, to which an appendage is fixed that is provided with a first through hole, and a cup which is provided with two second through holes and houses at its interior the appendage with the first through hole aligned with the second through holes. The nosepiece also comprises a screw having the stem inserted in the first through hole of the appendage and screwingly engaged in one of the second through holes of the cup. The screw is provided with an annular groove made on the stem, and the appendage comprises at least one retention tooth projecting into the first through hole and housed within the annular groove of the screw for the retaining of the latter.
