Structure of eyeglass frame
Provided is an eyeglass frame with a symmetrical structure. The eyeglass frame includes an earpiece frame, a main body, a hinge, and a support frame. The earpiece frame has a bar-shaped structure in which a width and an angle thereof vary according to the length thereof to be placed on the ear of a user. The main body is connected to the earpiece frame through a hinge, serves as a pivot that pivots on the hinge, and has an inner circumference of a closed curve receiving a lens. The hinge allows the earpiece frame to be inwardly folded toward the main body through pivoting of a predetermined angle. The support frame is disposed under the main body along an outer circumference of the main body and is spaced from the main body by a predetermined interval.
Nose pad and eyeglasses provided with the pad
A nose pad reduces an imprint after wearing eyeglasses and pain in wearing. The nose pad is attached to eyeglasses and comes into contact with the nose to support the eyeglasses, and includes a base portion formed of an elastomer material and having two opposed main surfaces, attachment portions formed of a resin material and provided at opposite end portions of one of the main surfaces of the base portion to attach to pad arms extending from the eyeglasses, and bump portions formed of an elastomer material and provided at opposite end portions of the other main surface of the base portion to rise. Each of the bump portions includes a curved convex surface, and the resin material of the attachment portions is harder than the elastomer material of the base portion and the elastomer material of the bump portions.
Glasses with wearing cushion device
A pair of glasses with a wearing cushion device comprises a main body, an inflatable cushion system, an air pump, a switch element, a control unit and an air channel. The inflatable cushion system comprises two supporting cushions and two buffer cushions. When the switch element is turned on, the switch element issues an enabling signal to the control unit and the control unit enables the air pump in response to the enabling signal. When the air pump is enabled, an ambient gas is transferred to the two supporting cushions and the two buffer cushions through the air channel. The two supporting cushions and the two buffer cushions are inflated with the gas and expanded, so as to fit closely on the ears of the user by the two buffer cushions, and fit closely on the bridge of the nose of the user by the supporting cushions.
Slip-resistant eyewear system
A slip-resistant eyewear system comprising an eyewear frame generally comprises a nosepiece comprising a nosepiece material configured to couple to a bridge of an eyewear frame. The frame comprises first and second hinges coupled to the eyewear frame which are also coupled to first and second spring-loaded tension adjusters. First and second bows are coupled to first and second tension adjusters. A unitary eyewear retainer comprises a first end configured to couple to the first bow and a second end configured to couple to a second bow such that a tension is maintained on the unitary eyewear retainer when the unitary eyewear retainer extends around a back of a head of a user.
Protection device
The invention is based on a protection device, in particular a glare-protection device, with at least one optical glare-protection filter comprising a nose cut-out, with at least one sensor unit, which is provided to capture a work state and to control, depending on this, a permeability of the glare-protection filter, with at least one shield unit, in which the at least one glare-protection filter is fixedly accommodated, and with at least one head-fastening unit for a fastening to a user's head. It is proposed that the protection device comprises at least one adjusting unit, by which a position of the at least one shield unit is implemented in such a way that it is movable with respect to the at least one head-fastening unit in a defined manner.
Nose support for eyeglasses
A nose support for a pair of eyeglasses is disclosed. The nose support comprises an elongate main body comprising a flexing section which is reversibly deflectable between an unflexed state and a flexed state at a proximal end of the main body, a contact section at a distal end of the main body and a soft resilient organic polymeric shell which encases the main body.
WEARABLE DEVICE
A wearable device includes a body, a nose pad frame, a first elastic element and a fixing element. The body has a bridge. The nose pad frame is movably arranged at the bridge. The first elastic element is arranged between the bridge and the nose pad frame. The fixing element is movably arranged at the bridge for fixing the nose pad frame or allowing the nose pad frame to move steplessly.
3D Eyewear Adapted for Facial Geometry
Three dimensional (3D) glasses suited for wearers with varying facial geometries are disclosed. A particular embodiment includes a frame adapted to position spectrally filtering lenses at a particular distance from the eyes of the wearer. In a more particular embodiment, the 3D glasses include a means for adjusting the distance between the lenses and the eyes of the wearer. In another particular embodiment, the lenses include positive runout.
COMBINED GLASSES STRUCTURE, FRAMELESS GLASSES, HALF-FRAME GLASSES AND FULL-FRAME GLASSES
A combined glasses structure, including a lens component, two temples, a frame component and a nose pad component is provided. The lens component comprises two lens and a bridge, two temples are respectively detachably connected to the lens component; the frame component includes an upper frame and a lower frame, the upper frame and lower frame are respectively detachably arranged on an upper and a lower edge of the lens component; the nose pad component and the bridge are detachably connected to each other, and can restrict and fix the upper frame and/or lower frame arranged on the upper edge, lower edge, upper and lower edges of the two lens. By the detachable connection between the frame component and the lens, the frameless, half-frame (upper frame or lower frame) and full-frame functions of the combined glasses can be achieved.
Frame support member and frame support assembly for over-the-glasses (OTG) eyewear
There is provided a frame support member for eyewear having a frame, with the frame including a nose bridge. The frame support member includes an attachment portion at a first end thereof for coupling the frame support member to the nose bridge of the eyewear, and a nose engaging portion at a second end thereof. The frame support member is configured to position the nose engaging portion below and behind the nose bridge for supporting the eyewear on a user. There is also provided eyewear that includes a frame for supporting at least one lens, a nose bridge for supporting the frame on a user, and the frame support member as herein described.
