Spring hinge with accommodation for flexible printed circuit
A head-mounted wearable device (HMWD) with a form factor of eyeglasses incorporates hinges between a front frame and temples. The hinges provide a fully enclosed passage for a flexible printed circuit (FPC). The FPC allows electrical connectivity between devices in the front frame and in the temple. The hinge includes a cam device that provides a biasing force that allows the temples to remain in one of four configurations: closed, transit, neutral, and maximum neutral. When in the transit configuration the biasing force provided by the cam device tends to move the temples towards the closed configuration. When in the maximum neutral configuration the biasing force provided by the cam device tends to move the temples towards the neutral configuration. During use, this biasing of the temples provides a gentle clamping force that assists in maintaining the HMWD on the user's head.
REMOVABLE, INTERCHANGEABLE, UNBREAKABLE, SCREWLESS, ONE-PIECE FLEXIBLE SPRING HINGE SYSTEM FOR EYEWEAR
An eyewear hinge system for connecting an eyeglass chassis to a face securing means. The hinge system is an elastomeric component having a connection end to a chassis and a connection end to a temple or headband. In some embodiments, the chassis and temple connection ends are T-shaped protruding flanges and the chassis and temple have corresponding T-shaped cavities for removable receipt of same, respectively. In other embodiments, the band connection end has an opening to receive a band. The hinge may be curved at rest and have two V-shaped narrowings on an outer side of the hinge to allow greater folding capabilities when in use or not in use. A band hinge, a temple hinge, a chassis, a temple, and a band form a sports eyewear system having interchangeability features for different uses. A method of assembly using the disclosed eyewear hinge system.
Bone conductive sound generating device
A bone conductive sound generating device is provided and includes a sound generating mechanism and a fixing mechanism. The fixing mechanism is configured to act on the sound generating mechanism, such that the sound generating mechanism adheres to and fit with a back of an auricle of a user at least when the sound generating mechanism is in use. Accordingly, the present application may improve the sound quality of the bone conductive sound generating device, improving listening experience for the user.
HINGE AND SMART WEARABLE DEVICE WITH THE SAME
A hinge is provided. The hinge includes a first connection element, a second connection element, a first elastic element, and a second elastic element. The second connection element is connected to the first connection element. The first elastic element is connected to the first connection element. The second elastic element is connected to the first elastic element. The first elastic element drives the second elastic element to rotate relative to the second connection element. The first elastic element is rotatable between a first limit position and a second limit position. When the first elastic element is in the first limit position, the second elastic element is compressed.
MAGNETIC BLUETOOTH EYEGLASSES
Magnetic Bluetooth eyeglasses are revealed. A Bluetooth circuit module is mounted in a mounting space of a temple and provided with a built-in Bluetooth unit connected to mobile devices. The Bluetooth circuit module further includes a microphone, a speaker, a touch switch, and a power connection base. The temple is connected to a power supply device by magnetic attraction between first and second magnetic members while the power supply device is in contact with the power connection base of the Bluetooth circuit module. Thereby users are not bothered by wires while in use and the eyeglasses are more convenient to use. Moreover, the eyeglasses can still be used during charging process. Users only need to replace the power supply device with a new one already charged instead of taking off the whole eyeglasses. The eyeglasses which prevent moisture infiltration provide longer service life.
EYEWEAR HINGE DEVICE
An eyewear hinge device may include a first assembly having a first and second pin bridge which may both be coupled to a first object. A friction plate may be coupled to the first object and positioned between the pin bridges, and the friction plate may extend toward the stop plate. A first channel may extend around the friction plate. The friction plate may comprise a friction pocket and a friction ridge. A second assembly having a first and second lock arm may be coupled to a second object. The first lock arm may have a first lock pin and a first arm extension, and the second lock arm may have a second lock pin and a second arm extension. The first assembly may be movably coupled to the second assembly by positioning the first lock pin in the first pin aperture and the second lock pin in the second pin aperture.
UNIVERSAL CAM ACTION HINGE AND FASTENER WITH DETENT
An inventive hinge and fastener design includes a male connector having a plurality of lobes protruding from a pin, as well as a female connector having a plurality of indentations to accommodate the lobes. The male connector may also have an arm that rotates through a channel on the female connector and can be secured within the channel via retention teeth that protrude into the channel.
FIXING DEVICE FOR SPECTACLES FRAME
A fixing device for a spectacles frame is disclosed that includes: a first element comprising a first opening, the first element, being magnetized, a second element comprising a second opening, the second element being a magnetic element, and a connecting element housed in the first opening and in the second opening so as to mechanically connect the first element to the second element, the connecting element being a magnetic element.
Magnetic Coupling for Eyewear
A system is provided for coupling a frame to an arm of an eyewear using magnetic attraction. The system can contain a first and a second series of magnets that couple in a vertical direction or a horizontal direction.
CONDUCTIVE CONNECTION THROUGH EYEWEAR HINGE
An eyewear device provides for routing a flexible conductive element or conductor through a hollow interior of a hinge mechanism that connects a temple of the eyewear device to its. The hinge mechanism comprises a pair of hinge pieces that defines a composite conduit through the hinge mechanism, conduit and hence the conductor routed through the passage being hidden or obscured from external view in any operational position of the hinge mechanism.
