The invention relates to an eyeglass joint for an eyeglass frame with a first joint part assigned to a rim of the eyeglass frame, and a second joint part assigned to an eyeglass temple of the eyeglass frame, wherein the joint parts are movably connected to each other by means of at least one spring element attached to both joint parts, wherein the spring element preferably has a closed annular shape and/or is rubber-elastic. Furthermore, the invention relates to a joint set, an eyeglass frame, an eyeglass frame set, and the use of a spring element.

SCREWLESS HINGES FOR EYEWEAR

A screwless hinge system for connecting a temple to a front frame portion of eyewear includes a hooked tab with a single hook and a base. The hooked tab extends through the front frame portion and a u-spring until the base engages the frame. A temple receiver of a temple compresses the u-spring and engages the single hook, allowing for opening and closing of the temple and removal and replacement of the temple without tools.

Device for connecting spectacle temples to the frame front

Spectacle having two temples which are each articulated via a pivot connection to an optical central section which covers the field of vision in the position of use and can be pivoted from a storage state, in which the temples are applied to the optical central section, to an operating state, in which the temples are folded out from the central section, the optical central section being manufactured from a flexurally elastic material. The two temples are each articulated to the central section via a curved pivot axis of the pivot connection or via at least two linear pivot axes of the pivot connection arranged transversely to one another. In this way, glasses can be produced in which, in the position of use, light entering laterally, which does not cross the optical central section but nevertheless reaches the eye of the wearer, is largely suppressed.

Frame for spectacles

A frame for spectacles comprises a front mount (2) having respective lateral lugs (4) which are provided for the articulation of respective arms (5) for the purpose of producing the articulated connection of each arm (5) to the front mount (2); each lug (4) comprises a first lug portion (4a) which extends into a second lug portion (4b) which is folded on the first portion in a position facing the first portion, the second portion (4b) comprising a first through-opening (8) which is laterally delimited by a pair of opposing wings (9a, 9b) which are spaced apart from each other, the wings being connected at the free end of the second lug portion (4b) by a cross-member (10), an extension piece (11) which extends from the cross-member (10) inside the opening (8) and in the direction of the first lug portion (4a).

Examples of the present disclosure are related to systems and methods associated with glasses. More specifically, embodiments are related to glasses with separable arms with a triangular shaped support, wherein a first portion of an arm is separable from a second portion of the arm at a location that substantially aligns with a user's temple.

HINGE BETWEEN A FRAME AND A TEMPLE OF SPECTACLES

A hinge (4) between a frame (2) and a temple (3) of spectacles, rendering it possible for the temples (3) of the spectacles to be in a use and a store position, respectively. At least one electrical or optical cable (14) or wire is running between the frame and the temple, wherein the at least one cable or wire (14) will aim to follow a thought neutral bending plane through the hinge (4). The at least one cable or wire (14) is not stretched in the store position of the temples (3) nor crinkled in the use position. The hinge (4) has two axis connections, a first axis connection (5a) positioned at the frame (2) and a second axis connection (5b) positioned at the temple (3), and therebetween a connector (6) or at least one central part (7).
