IMAGING APPARATUS
An imaging apparatus has: an imaging optical system; an imaging element configured to receive light transmitted through the imaging optical system to generate an electric signal; a main body; a display device provided on a back face of the main body and capable of displaying an image generated on the basis of the electric signal generated by the imaging element; and an electronic viewfinder provided inside the main body and capable of displaying the image generated on the basis of the electric signal generated by the imaging element, wherein an eyepiece part of the electronic viewfinder is provided to a transmissive region of the display device.

Passive optical electronic camera viewfinder apparatus
A digital camera includes an optical assembly and image sensor for capturing still and/or video images and displaying the images on a rear display screen. The camera includes a magnifying viewfinder that is coupled to the housing and is movable between a stowed position out of the way of the display screen and an active position for viewing a subset of display screen pixels with magnification.
Passive optical electronic camera viewfinder apparatus
A digital camera includes an optical assembly and image sensor for capturing still and/or video images and displaying the images on a rear display screen. IMAGING APPARATUS
An imaging apparatus of the present invention includes an imaging element, an observation unit that includes a correction lens for correcting a ray angle incident on an eye of a user, and with which a target to be imaged of the imaging element is observable, a storage unit that stores data related to astigmatism of the user, and a processor that controls the correction lens. The processor is configured to execute readout processing of reading out the data from the storage unit storing the data related to the astigmatism of the user, determination processing of determining an inclination of a second direction of the imaging element with respect to a first direction of the eye of the user, and adjustment processing of adjusting a correction amount of the ray angle by the correction lens based on the data read out by the readout processing and a result determined by the determination processing.
IMAGING APPARATUS
An imaging apparatus of the present invention includes an imaging element, an observation unit that includes a correction lens for correcting a ray angle incident on an eye of a user, and with which a target to be imaged of the imaging element is observable, a storage unit that stores data related to astigmatism of the user, and a processor that controls the correction lens. The processor is configured to execute readout processing of reading out the data from the storage unit storing the data related to the astigmatism of the user, determination processing of determining an inclination of a second direction of the imaging element with respect to a first direction of the eye of the user, and adjustment processing of adjusting a correction amount of the ray angle by the correction lens based on the data read out by the readout processing and a result determined by the determination processing.
CAMERA VIEWFINDER
A camera viewfinder comprises an electronic display apparatus that is configured for the display of images that are recorded by an image sensor of an electronic camera. The camera viewfinder further comprises two mirrors for reflecting the images displayed by the display apparatus, of which at least one mirror is a free-form surface mirror whose reflective surface is formed as a free-form surface that does not have any continuous translation symmetry or rotational symmetry. At least one of the free-form surface mirrors is adjustable to at least partially compensate a vision defect of a user.
CAMERA VIEWFINDER
A camera viewfinder comprises an electronic display apparatus that is configured for the display of images that are recorded by an image sensor of an electronic camera. The camera viewfinder further comprises two mirrors for reflecting the images displayed by the display apparatus, of which at least one mirror is a free-form surface mirror whose reflective surface is formed as a free-form surface that does not have any continuous translation symmetry or rotational symmetry. At least one of the free-form surface mirrors is adjustable to at least partially compensate a vision defect of a user.
OBSERVATION APPARATUS AND IMAGE PICKUP APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME
An observation apparatus includes an observation optical system and a line of sight detection system. The observation optical system includes, in order from a display element side to an observation side, an optical path splitter configured to split an optical path, and a first lens unit having a positive refractive power. The line of sight detection system includes a second lens unit configured to image light incident on the first lens unit and split by the optical path splitter. A predetermined condition is satisfied.
ELECTRONIC APPARATUS
An electronic viewfinder unit includes a finder unit and a base member. The finder unit includes a display unit, an eyepiece portion, and a lens holding member holding a lens that guides a light flux emitted from the display unit to the eyepiece portion. The base member includes a guide member configured to guide the electronic viewfinder unit to a housed state and a protruding state. The base member includes a holding portion and a turning member. The holding portion is provided with a first holding member and a second holding member that face each other with an optical axis of the lens in between. The turning member has one end held by the first holding member and another end held by the second holding member, and is turnable about an axis orthogonal to the optical axis of the lens.
