Temperature Controlled Mattress Assembly
A temperature controlled mattress assembly for heating and cooling a user includes a shell that defines an interior space. A plurality of springs and a power module are coupled to the shell and are positioned in the interior space. Each spring extends between a bottom and top of the shell so that the springs are configured to support a user who is positioned on the top. Each of a plurality of heating elements is coupled to a respective spring. The plurality of heating elements is operationally coupled to the power module so that the power module is positioned to selectively power the plurality of heating elements to increase a temperature of the top. The top thus is configured to warm the user.

A cover (8) for a mattress (6) or a cushion (3) of a piece of furniture (1) with a utilized side (10) and a back side (11), wherein on the back side (11) there is a receiving device for bottom spring cushioning (12) which has spring strips (15), wherein at least one spring strip (15) is made of a fiber-reinforced plastic material with a preferably pultruded fiber core (16) and a plastic jacket (17) which surrounds the fiber core (16). It is provided that on opposite sides of the jacket (17) one jacket side (18) at a time sticks out for an enlarged support surface of the spring strip (15).
POCKETED SPRING UNIT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
A resilient unit has strings of individual coil springs (not shown) inside pockets 120 are arranged in an array. The strings together form a spring unit and are each secured to a common cover sheet S, which comprises a non-woven elastic fabric. It is welded ultrasonically or thermally whilst under tension in one or both of its major dimensionsi.e. in-planeto the pockets 120, the material of which is substantially inelastic and non-woven. In this example the welds, labelled W, are located substantially centrally with respect to the generally circular end surfaces of the pockets.
Independent spring support structure
A support structure and vertical isolation structure may include a plurality of spring coils and a mesh network. Each spring coil of the plurality of spring coils includes a spring, a cap, and a floating connector. The cap is configured to engage the spring. The floating connector is disposed in a middle of the spring. The mesh network secures a first spring coil of the plurality of spring coils to a second spring coil of the plurality of spring coils by passing through the floating connector of each of the first spring coil and the second spring coil.
INDEPENDENT SPRING SUPPORT STRUCTURE
A support structure and vertical isolation structure may include a plurality of spring coils and a mesh network. Each spring coil of the plurality of spring coils includes a spring, a cap, and a floating connector. The cap is configured to engage the spring. The floating connector is disposed in a middle of the spring. The mesh network secures a first spring coil of the plurality of spring coils to a second spring coil of the plurality of spring coils by passing through the floating connector of each of the first spring coil and the second spring coil.
MATTRESSES INCLUDING SPACER FABRIC AND RELATED METHODS
A mattress assembly includes a base core layer and an inner core located over the base core layer. The inner core includes coil springs. The mattress assembly also includes a side panel assembly located around a perimeter of the inner core. The side panel assembly includes a spacer fabric located over and transverse to the base core layer. The spacer fabric includes a first knit layer, a second knit layer, and an inner fibrous material located therebetween. Methods of forming the mattress assembly are disclosed.
MATTRESS SPRING CORE
A mattress spring core including a sheet and a plurality of spring core units arranged on the sheet. The spring core units are arranged in longitudinal strings, the strings being attached to the sheet side by side to form a rectangular shaped mattress spring core. The sheet is configured to stabilize the rectangular shape of the mattress spring core by preventing the spring core units of a first string to be displaced relative the spring core units of an adjacent string.

ELASTIC CUSHION AND ELASTIC MATTRESS
An elastic cushion is provided. The elastic cushion comprises at least one elastic module, and the at least one elastic module comprises multiple rows of springs, fixing seats, and one or more flexible bands. Two adjacent rows of the multiple rows of the springs are staggered, waists of the springs comprise the fixing seats, and at least two opposing sides of the fixing seats comprise perforations. The perforations in the fixing seats of the two adjacent rows of the springs define a substantially continuous straight line, and the one or more flexible bands pass through the perforations in the substantially continuous straight line. The two adjacent rows of the springs are connected in series by the one or more flexible bands.
ELASTIC MATTRESS
An elastic mattress, the elastic mattress includes one or more elastic modules, one or more bottom layers disposed on a lower side of the one or more elastic modules, and one or more lap joints. The one or more elastic modules comprises a plurality of pre-compressed springs, connecting members are disposed on middle parts of the plurality of pre-compressed springs, corresponding ones of the middle parts on adjacent pre-compressed springs of the plurality of pre-compressed springs are connected together, the connecting members are connected to the one or more lap joints, the one or more lap joints are connected to the adjacent pre-compressed springs, and bottom surfaces of the plurality of pre-compressed springs are connected to the one or more bottom layers.
