Screen
A screen including a light control sheet which includes a front surface and a rear surface and has a transparent state and an opaque state, and a transparent reflective layer that faces the rear surface. The front surface is positioned such that light from a projection device is applied in the opaque state. The opaque state includes a state in which an average diffuse reflectance of visible light applied to the front surface is 10% or more and less than 20%.
PROJECTION DISPLAY DEVICE AND PROJECTION DISPLAY EQUIPMENT
A projection display device and a projection display equipment are provided. The projection display device includes a display screen body, a photosensitive device, and a control module. The control module is electrically connected to the display screen body, the photosensitive device outputs a photosensitive signal when sensing a projection light beam, and the control module is electrically connected to the photosensitive device to receive the photosensitive signal and to control a section on the display screen body corresponding to a projection position of the projection light beam to be converted from a transparent state to an opaque state according to the photosensitive signal.
Tensioned projection screen
A projection screen apparatus and method of making the same. The apparatus has a perimeter frame and a projection screen where the perimeter frame includes an upper frame member, a lower frame member, a left frame member and a right frame member, where at least two of the frame members have a groove or track. The projection screen has fastening edges on at least two opposite sides for fastening the projection screen to the perimeter frame by inserting the fastening edge in the groove or track of a frame member. An auxiliary element is inserted in the groove or track next to a fastening edge, to prevent the fastening edge from exiting the groove.

Image projection device
An image projection device includes: a panel unit configured to emit light rays; a projection optical system configured to receive the light rays emitted from the panel unit and to refract the light rays; a reflection unit having a reflection surface for receiving the light rays refracted by the projection optical system and reflecting the light rays; and a screen unit configured to display an image upon receiving the light rays reflected from the reflection surface. The panel unit, the projection optical system, the reflection unit, and the screen unit are arranged such that a distance of a shortest path among paths extending from the panel unit to the reflection unit through the projection optical system along a predetermined linear axis is longer than a distance of a longest path among paths extending from the reflection unit to the screen unit along the predetermined linear axis.
Modular projection systems and methods of using said systems
A projection system can include a projector, a screen, a spine, a base, a projector shroud, and a shelf. In some embodiments the spine is made of steel piping. In some embodiments, the spine is hollow and can accommodate a first cable. In some embodiments the screen is an ALR screen. In some embodiments, the system utilizes an ultra-short throw projector lens. In some embodiments, the base is a steel plate. In some embodiments, the projector system includes a counterbalance. In some embodiments, the projector shroud and/or shelf is/are configured to increase ventilation and/or act as heat sink(s). In some embodiments, the projection system includes a remote-control extender.
A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IMPROVING HOLISTIC WELLNESS OF HUMANS
Disclosed herein a method for improving holistic wellness of humans, wherein said method comprises of synergizing the light and color via spectral wavelengths inducing Simultaneous Adjacent Chroma Stimulus (SACS), sound frequencies and projection art. The synergized light and color, sound frequencies and projection art provide a sensory experience that de-stresses and realigns the body, mind and soul. The corresponding system comprises of an enclosure having projection screens and multipurpose integrated apparatus, wherein said apparatus comprises of CONTENT projecting means, color and light producing means, sound producing means and geometric reflectors, wherein these are configured to project lights on to the projection screen shown through a story-telling format, wherein said light projecting means, light producing means, sound producing means, projecting screens and reflectors are relatively placed so as to optimally produce the desired response of de-stressing and breaking the vicious cycle of stress in humans.
Projection system and projection method
A projection system and a projection method are provided. The projection system includes a first projector and a second projector. The first projector is configured to project a first grid picture onto a projection surface. The second projector is configured to project a second grid picture onto the projection surface. The second grid picture and the first grid picture are blended into a blended projection picture. The first grid picture includes a first overlap region. Grid lines of the first overlap region are displayed in a first color. The second grid picture includes a second overlap region. Grid lines of the second overlap region are displayed in a second color. The first color and the second color are complementary colors. When the blended projection picture is formed, grid lines of an overlap region of the first grid picture and the second grid picture are displayed in a recognition color.
FUNCTIONAL ERGONOMIC CINEMAS
A movie theater auditorium is disclosed with reclining or reclined seats, whereby patrons are viewing a screen that is elevated and tilted toward the viewing audience. Comparative to traditional movie theaters with vertical screens with fixed or reclining chairs, exemplary embodiments provide a more natural viewing angle and line of sight for the viewing audience. Some embodiments are disclosed which employ repurposed shipping containers as structural elements of a cinema.
