ELASTIC CUSHION AND FURNITURE
An elastic pad includes a pad body having a set of elastic modules and at least one replaceable pad layer stacked in a vertical direction. An outer covering is configured to cover the pad body. The outer covering includes a top covering portion, and a side enclosure covering portion connected via a detachable structure which allows disassembly or assembly of the side enclosure covering portion. The top covering portion covers a top surface of the pad body, and the side enclosure covering portion encloses and covers side surfaces of the pad body. The side enclosure covering portion can be disassembled and assembled to allow replacement of the pad layer without changing the set of elastic modules and the top covering portion. Elastic pads differing in thickness and hardness may be used, while improving comfort and cleanliness.
DETACHABLE ELASTIC PAD, FURNITURE, AND ASSEMBLING METHOD
A detachable elastic pad for furniture includes a flexible cover and a plurality of elastic modules. The elastic modules are mounted in an array on rail beams on a bottom layer. Each elastic module includes a conical spring and a spring bracket for receiving and holding the conical spring. The detachable elastic pad can be disassembled and reassembled, to replace components.
Pocket spring string, pocket spring mattress core, and mattress
A pocket spring string, a pocket spring mattress core and a mattress. The pocket spring string includes: springs; cloth, which is folded and provided with welds to form multiple adjacent pockets, each pocket being provided with an opening, and the springs being received in the pockets respectively; and thread provided to stitch the openings so that the springs are packaged in the pockets in a compressed state. The pocket spring mattress core is formed by connection of the pocket spring strings, and the mattress includes a mattress cover and the pocket spring mattress core. Because the top and/or bottom of each pocket is provided with the opening which is stitched by the thread, when the thread is removed, the springs can be quickly separated from the pockets, so that the metal material and the cloth are separated without any special technical means.
TUNABLE SPRING MATTRESS AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME
A mattress includes a spring extending between first and second points to provide a first spring rate in a first direction. A polymer fiber structure is provided between the first and second points and adjoins the spring. The polymer fiber structure includes fibers interlinked with one another to provide the second spring rate in the first direction. An example method of manufacturing a mattress is provided that includes arranging springs to provide a mattress innerspring. A polymer fiber structure is introduced in a first state to the innerspring to provide an assembly. The assembly is further processed and the polymer fiber structure is simultaneously altered from the first state to a second state.

HIGH-RESILIENCE PU SPRING SPONGE AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF
A high-resilience PU spring sponge and a preparing method thereof are provided. The high-resilience PU spring sponge includes a sponge main body and high-strength springs. A top portion of the sponge main body defines a sponge top surface. First grooves are defined on the sponge top surface. A bottom portion of the sponge main body defines a sponge bottom surface. Second grooves are uniformly defined on the sponge bottom surface. The preparing method includes a mold preheating and mold pretreatment step, a material mixing pretreatment step, a slurry introducing step, a slurry foaming curing and demolding step, and a natural curing and finished product processing step. The second grooves are defined on the sponge main body after the sponge main body is cured and the second grooves are formed through the perforated columns. Each of the first grooves is communicated with a corresponding second groove.
POCKET COIL SPRING ASSEMBLY INCLUDING FLEXIBLE FOAM
A pocket coil spring assembly is provided that includes a coil spring having an upper portion and a lower portion collectively defining an interior cavity of the coil spring. The pocket coil spring assembly further includes a fabric pocket encasing the coil spring with a top area covering the upper portion of the coil spring and a bottom area covering the lower portion of the coil spring. A discrete amount of flexible foam is poured on the top of the fabric pocket such that a top surface of the flexible foam extends above the coil spring. A mattress assembly is further provided that includes the flexible foam dispensed in continuous or discrete amounts between rows of pocket coil springs.
SPRING MODULE AND SPRING CUSHION FOR FURNITURE
The present disclosure provides a spring module for a spring cushion of furniture and a spring cushion having the same, the spring module may comprise a spring and a spring bracket for accommodating the spring, and the spring bracket may comprise a base, an end cover and a flexible connecting part connected therebetween, the spring may be fixed in the spring bracket with a predetermined initial pressure. The present disclosure further relates to a spring cushion having the spring modules.
ELASTIC CUSHION AND ELASTIC MATTRESS
An elastic cushion is provided. The elastic cushion comprises at least one elastic module, and the at least one elastic module comprises multiple rows of springs, fixing seats, and one or more flexible bands. Two adjacent rows of the multiple rows of the springs are staggered, waists of the springs comprise the fixing seats, and at least two opposing sides of the fixing seats comprise perforations. The perforations in the fixing seats of the two adjacent rows of the springs define a substantially continuous straight line, and the one or more flexible bands pass through the perforations in the substantially continuous straight line. The two adjacent rows of the springs are connected in series by the one or more flexible bands.
Elastic pad, elastic pad assembling method and furniture
The present disclosure relates to the field of elastic pads and discloses an elastic pad, an assembling method thereof and a furniture. An elastic pad includes a first elastic module mounting part, a plurality of first elastic modules disposed on the first elastic module mounting part in a predetermined arrangement, and a pad layer on the plurality of first elastic modules. An outer edge of the pad layer and an outer edge of the first elastic module mounting part are connected via a releasable first connection structure, leaving the sides of the elastic pad open or uncovered. The elastic pad has fewer components, a simple structure, lower cost, and improved comfort. Since the first connection structure is releasable, the pad layer can be disassembled, which facilitates assembling and transportation of the elastic pad and reduces required storage space.
