Method for manufacturing an air filled structure
A method for manufacturing an air-filled structure allows for ease of manufacturing utilizing plastic/vinyl/TPU laminated/urethane coated type top and bottom exterior layers as well as an internal baffle, all of which can be heat or chemically bonded together. Most if not all of the bonds or welds required to be made can be created at the same time in a high volume manufacturing step by providing one or more internal layer(s) each with a plurality of openings or cutouts which provide an opening or window through which the internal structure/baffle can be attached directly to the top and bottom layers of the air-filled structure.
Mattress Structure and Production Method of the Same
Provided are a mattress structure and a production method of the same, relating to the technical field of inflatable beds. The mattress structure includes: a top layer, a sponge layer and a bottom layer that are connected successively, wherein a plurality of first grooves are provided in the sponge layer. In the mattress structure, a plurality of first grooves are provided in the sponge layer arranged between the top layer and the bottom layer, which can lighten the weight of the sponge layer and accordingly, the weight of the whole mattress structure; moreover, not only the weight can be lightened, but also the used amount of sponge can be saved, which means that it has the advantages of convenient use and energy saving etc.
Foot Stool Assembly
A foot stool assembly for enhancing circulation in feet and legs includes a first pillow that is selectively inflated. The first pillow is selectively positioned on a support surface having the first pillow being aligned with a chair. A second pillow is coupled to the first pillow and the second pillow is spaced from the support surface when the second pillow is selectively inflated. A user's feet are positioned on the second pillow thereby enhancing circulation in the user's feet and legs. A pad is coupled to the second pillow to enhance comfort of the user's feet.
STATIC EQUILIBRIUM ADJUSTING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A static equilibrium adjusting system includes a bladder (10) and a regulation valve (20). An elastic restoration device (11) is arranged in the bladder (10) to support an external pressing force. The regulation valve (20) is in communication with the bladder (10) to provide an adjustable reverse-resisting force to resist an air pressure generated, in a direction toward the regulation valve (20), by the bladder (10). Through selection of a size of the interior space of the bladder (10) and a density and an elastic property of the elastic restoration device (11), a rebounding force is generated to cooperate with the reverse-resisting force generated by the regulation valve (20) to provide a supporting force to the bladder (10), so that an effect of static equilibrium is achieved among the external pressing force, the bladder (10), and the regulation valve (20).
Multi-layer sleeping pad
A multi-layer sleeping pad, which includes an outer air cushion, an inner air cushion and a first cushion pad. The outer air cushion is provided with a first cavity. The inner air cushion is arranged in the first cavity. The first cushion pad is arranged between an inner top of the outer air cushion and an outer top of the inner air cushion.
AIR MATTRESS SYSTEM
An air mattress system includes a mattress including main cells arranged in parallel between a head end and a tail end of the mattress. At least one of the main cells allows air pressure therein to be individually adjusted or adjusted together with air pressure of other main cells. Air pressure valves are connected to the main cells. A controller controls at least one of the air pressure valves to perform an inflation operation or a deflation operation. A human machine interface system provides health care items and receives a selective operation of a first target item among the health care items. The controller controls, according to the first target item, the air pressure valves to sequentially perform one of the deflation inflation operations on the main cells along a major axis between the head end and the tail end, and a health care operation is thus assisted.
COMPACT CHECK VALVE ASSEMBLY FOR SELF-INFLATING MATTRESS
An adjustable compact check valve for a pneumatic self-inflating mattress. The compact check valve includes a preload selector which is adjustable to user selected settings, each of which will vary the load on a preload compression spring, to thereby vary the pressure at which the check valve opens. Such adjustment allows a user to vary the firmness of a self-inflating mattress to which the compact check valve is affixed. The compact check valve also has a fully closed position, where air cannot enter or leave the self-inflating mattress, and a fully open position, where air can enter the self-inflating mattress to allow it to fully inflate, or where a user can compress the mattress for storage, by expelling air from the self-inflating mattress. Once air has been expelled from the mattress, the compact check valve may be closed, to prevent inflation of the mattress.
Air mattress and method of constructing same
A method of constructing a mattress includes placing a first ribbon about a perimeter surface of a foam member. The first ribbon includes a top lip and a bottom lip. A second ribbon is placed about a perimeter surface of the first ribbon. A third ribbon is placed about a perimeter surface of the second ribbon. The top lip of the first ribbon is folded over the top surface of the second ribbon. The bottom lip of the first ribbon is folded over the bottom surface of the second ribbon. A first fabric panel is bonded to the top surface of the first foam member and to the top lip of the first ribbon. A second fabric panel is bonded to the bottom surface of the first foam member and to the bottom lip of the first ribbon.
Sleeping bag having waterproof bottom and side walls and enclosure for a sleeping pad
A sleeping bag having a waterproof bottom and side wall region. The bottom region extending vertically upward is made from a waterproof material. A cavity formed above the bottom region includes an opening into which may be inserted and removed a sleeping pad. A top region creates a cavity for holding insulative material. A sleeping cavity is provided between the top cavity and the bottom cavity.
