Quick-load retail merchandising product pusher systems and methods dispense retail products, wherein the systems and methods have a fixed portion having a front end, a rear end located opposite with respect to the front end of the fixed portion, a top side and a bottom side located opposite with respect to the top side of the fixed portion. Further, the systems and methods have a movable track movably connected to the top side of the fixed portion, wherein the movable track has a front end, a rear end located opposite with respect to the front end of the movable track, a top side and a bottom side located opposite with respect to the top side of the movable track. Still further, the systems and methods have a pusher paddle configured to move one or more retail product forward away from the rear side of the movable track and front retainer teeth connecting the fixed portion and the movable track, wherein the front retainer teeth are provided on the top side and at the front end of the fixed portion and extend outwardly with respect to the top side of the fixed portion. The movable track is movable to a closed position or to an extended position, wherein, when the movable track is moved to the extended position, forward movement of the pusher paddle is restricted by the front retainer teeth.

A product display tray is provided including one or more arms including engagement members. The product display tray can also include a base having one or more tracks receiving the one or more arms, wherein the base is slidable along the one or more arms from a first position to a second position. The product display tray can also include a handle. The product display tray can also include a latch, wherein the latch is operably connected to the handle, wherein the latch has an engaged position and a disengaged position, and wherein the latch is in the engaged position when the base is in the first position and the base is operable to enter the second position when the latch is in the disengaged position.

A retail merchandise pusher with a remote alarm feature is provided. The pusher includes a housing and an adaptor. The adaptor is removably coupled to the housing and slidably coupled to a track. The pusher including a shaft rotatable about its axis in a first and second direction and a gear wheel coupled to the shaft. The rotation of the gear wheel causing a first electrical contact to engage with a second electrical contact, such that the distance that the pusher moves along the track can be measured by totaling the number of times the first electrical contact engages with the second electrical contact.

A controller comprises a detecting unit which detects a fulfilled state of a product on a store shelf; a first control unit which issues an instruction for conveying the product required to fulfill the store shelf from a storage space to the store shelf on the basis of the fulfilled state; a second control unit which issues an instruction for moving to the store shelf on the basis of the fulfilled state; a third control unit which issues an instruction for allowing an arrangement area to slide from inside of the store shelf to the front of the store shelf so that the replenishing apparatus can access the arrangement area in which the product is arranged on the store shelf; and a fourth control unit which permits the replenishing apparatus to lift the product conveyed by the conveying apparatus and replenish the arrangement area slide frontward with the product.

A racking system and methods of assembling, a racking system is provided. The racking system includes one or more adjustably positionable backing walls that may be positioned at different distances from a front end of a corresponding shelf. Dividers may be provided to be positioned adjacent the one or more backing walls to divide a product display zone into separate zones.

A product display comprising a rail having a channel and a tray. The tray comprises a first sidewall, a second sidewall, and a product support surface. The tray further comprises an engagement portion having at least one protrusion configured to engage the channel.

A product management display system for merchandising product on a shelf includes using a trackless pusher mechanism that travels along a surface on which product is placed and one or more dividers for separating product into rows. The one or more dividers may be engaged to a front rail in two different conditions, locked and unlocked. In a locked condition, the relationship between the divider and the front rail resists alteration in any direction with respect to each other. In the unlocked condition, the dividers may be freely slid laterally along the front rail, while remaining perpendicular to the front rail. The one or more dividers may lock to the front rail through the use of corresponding teeth, resilient surfaces, a locking tab, a locking bar and/or a cam.

The present invention is merchandising tray system capable of adjustment for width and depth to accommodate any size of shelving unit. Within the system, a rear tray base is slidably connected to a fore tray base, allowing for adjustment of the depth of the system on the shelf. A merchandise pusher is continuously slidable within a fore pusher track in the fore tray base and a rear pusher track in the rear tray base. Right and left fore sidewalls are removably mounted to the fore tray base, allowing for lateral expansion of the system. Right and left rear sidewalls are slidably extendable from the right and left fore sidewall, allowing for further alteration of the depth of the system.

Dispensing and live inventory management system and methods are disclosed. A shelf for items has bins each with an associated sensor. A processor receives a detection signal from the sensor which indicates placement or removal an item(s) from an associated bin. An entry device sends an entered request for placement or removal of items to the processor, and an indicator strip has lights which uniquely identify each one of the bins when lit. The processor has information relating to which bin each subset of lights is associated, and causes activation of a subset of lights associated with a bin of the item(s) in the request and records in memory a type of action, a time stamp and a quantity of the item(s) placed or removed from the bin having the subset of lights lit and indicated in the detection signal subsequently received from the sensor of the associated bin.

An accessory shelf rail system includes a generally planar top portion, a generally planar front portion, a lower portion of the front portion angled inwardly, a rear portion of the top portion including a top channel and a lip forming a lip channel, the top channel and the lip channel are contained in an entire length of the top portion, and a step-shaped securing bracket slidably positioned in the lip channel, the step-shaped securing bracket configured to removably attach the top portion to a horizontal retail shelf.
