Refrigerated Merchandising Cabinet
20250107641 · 2025-04-03 ·

A refrigerated merchandising cabinet is presented including an upright insulated housing having an interior which forms a cold storage chamber. The housing is open-fronted having a front access opening closed by a plurality of juxtaposed hinged access doors. An interior of the cold storage chamber is sub-divided into three separate cooling compartments by two upstanding internal divider panels. Three refrigeration modules are mounted in a row on top of the housing and are operable to circulate chilling air in a controlled manner through the cold storage chamber for chilling or freezing product for sale stored within the cold storage chamber. Each refrigeration module is associated with one of the cooling compartments and operates independently of the other refrigeration modules in response to sensed climate conditions within the associated cooling compartment.

The present invention relates to a multifunctional grooming and wig storage cabinet for storing wigs and grooming items. The cabinet features a housing with a top wall, bottom wall, side walls, an internal storage space, along with wheels for easy movement. The cabinet contains a plurality of storage members, each storage member has a hinged door and internal drawers, wherein each internal drawer also serves as a workstation. A closed-off space is included within one of the storage members and is equipped with a mister and a fan for wig revitalization. Additionally, the cabinet includes a secure locking safe, at least one mirror, a plurality of wig stands, and a plurality of power plugs for grooming tools, and illuminating lights. The mister periodically dispenses a fragrant mist, and the fan circulates the mist, ensuring the stored wig(s) remains refreshed and fragrant.

A refrigerated display case comprising: a refrigerated display area; a door configured to close an opening to the refrigerated display area; an air outlet spaced apart from an air inlet; a duct fluidically coupling the air inlet to the air outlet and configured to direct air flow out of the air outlet across the display area and toward the air inlet forming an air curtain across the display area; and an airflow inhibiting apparatus comprising: a conduit having an inlet and a plurality of outlet apertures arranged around a perimeter of the opening; a fan configured to draw air into the conduit via the inlet and to discharge a jet of air from each of the plurality of outlet apertures, the plurality of outlet apertures angled to repel ambient air away from the display area when the door is opened preventing airflow into the display area.

Configuration for a heat exchanger in a temperature controlled case

A heat exchanger for a temperature controlled case is disclosed herein. A temperature controlled case includes a housing that defines a temperature controlled space. The housing includes a duct that receives circulated air. A heat exchanger is coupled to the housing and disposed within the duct. The heat exchanger includes an intake face at a non-perpendicular angle relative to an air flow direction in the duct immediately upstream of the heat exchanger.

CABINET WITH AIR CURTAIN

A cabinet for storage of a heated food item has a base, top and opposing sides, the base, top and opposing sides defining an interior space which is accessible through opposing access apertures, An air movement means and air heating means draw air from the interior space of the cabinet, heat said air and produce an air curtain across a first one of the access apertures of the cabinet. A door is operable to reversibly close a second one of the access apertures to prevent ambient air from entering the interior space and heated air from egressing through said second access aperture. The air movement means circulate air within the interior space from the first one of the access apertures to one or more of: the opposing sides, and the top and the base of the cabinet.

FIELD-INSTALLABLE REFRIGERATED CABINET KIT WITH ON-CABINET REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

In a field-installable refrigerated merchandiser kit, a prefabricated refrigeration system module releasably and operatively connects to a separate cabinet module via mutual connection fittings to form a refrigerated merchandiser. The refrigerated merchandiser can have multiple refrigeration systems cooling a common refrigerated space inside the cabinet, each with an independent temperature controller. A refrigeration system can be disconnected from the cabinet only by separating releasable fasteners and disconnecting electrical plug-in connections. Each refrigeration system is prefabricated with integrated condensate removal. The refrigeration system mounts entirely above the top wall of the cabinet enabling deployment at zero offset from a backing structure. The refrigerated merchandiser can be deployed to occupy a footprint and have a ratio of shelf space volume to foot print greater than 3.25 ft.sup.3/ft.sup.2.

Dispensing system with controlled air circulation

An order fulfillment system having a frame defining a compartment therein that extends between a first space and a second space, and a first door coupled to the frame. The first door is movable between an open position providing access to the compartment from the first space, and a closed position blocking access to the compartment from the first space. The system further includes a second door coupled to the frame, wherein the second door is movable between an open position providing access to the compartment from the second space, and a closed position blocking access to the compartment from the second space. The system is configured such that the compartment has greater fluid communication with the first space compared to the second space when the first door is in the closed position and the second door is in the closed position. The system also includes an air movement device in fluid communication with the first space and the compartment, wherein the air movement device is configured to provide air from the first space into the compartment.
