Examples provide a smart maintenance cart for cleaning temperature-controlled display cases. The maintenance cart includes a main body including a set of water tanks, a pump, a vacuum, a set of hoses, a drain hose filter, a set of rollers, a memory, and a processor. A smart maintenance controller analyzes the sensor data using a set of per-case, customized performance thresholds. The smart maintenance controller generates a set of priority rankings for a set of temperature-controlled display cases based on a result of the analysis of the sensor data. The smart maintenance controller identifies a highest priority case in the set of temperature-controlled display cases for maintenance based on the set of priority rankings. The smart maintenance controller outputs a maintenance task notification to a user, the maintenance task notification comprising a case identifier associated with the highest priority case for cleaning.

A case frame and mullion assembly includes a case frame including a frame member defining a mullion pocket, a first electrical connector coupled to the frame member within the mullion pocket, a mullion defined by an elongated body, a second electrical connector coupled to the frame member within the mullion pocket, and an attachment mechanism coupled to one or both of the case frame and the mullion, the attachment mechanism positioned between the frame member and the mullion to attach the mullion to the frame member, the attachment mechanism aligns and couples the first electrical connector relative to the second electrical connector upon attachment of the mullion to the frame member.

Adapter crossbar for appliance user interface

A refrigerated appliance includes a crossbar assembly disposed above a mounting area. The crossbar assembly includes a hooked portion that is operably coupled to a hook portion of a crossbar adapter. The crossbar adapter further includes a deflecting arm operable between at-rest and flexed positions. A housing includes an upper sidewall with a ramped introductory portion and a stepped snap feature. The deflecting arm of the crossbar adapter moves towards the flexed position from the at-rest position as the ramped introductory portion of the upper sidewall engages the deflecting arm of the crossbar adapter when the housing is received in the mounting area. The deflecting arm of the crossbar adapter resiliently snaps towards the at-rest position from the flexed position when the stepped snap feature of the housing clears a stepped snap feature disposed on the deflecting arm to releasably couple the housing to the crossbar adapter.

REFRIGERATION SYSTEM WITH TEMPERATURE MONITORING

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for determining if a product in a refrigerated display case has likely spoiled. The method can include: obtaining, from one or more thermal cameras installed in a refrigerated case, multiple images of the inside of the refrigerated case; determining, based on the multiple images, a surface temperature of one or more products contained in the refrigerated case; determining that the surface temperature of at least one product violated a spoilage temperature for a period of time; and in response to determining that the surface temperature of at least one product violated a spoilage temperature for a period of time, providing, for display on a user computing system, a graphical interface indicating that the product is likely spoiled.

A door close assembly for a merchandiser including a case defining a product display area and having a case frame. The refrigerated merchandiser further includes a door pivotably coupled to the case frame and enclosing at least a portion of the product display area. The door close assembly includes a door close mechanism configured to be positioned between the case frame and the door to permit movement of the door between a closed position and an open position, and the door close mechanism has a base plate attached to the case frame and a spiral spring supported by the base plate. The spiral spring responds to a closing force of the door to maintain a substantially constant door close force.
